Madonna's Birthday Treat From Audience

The 12,000-strong crowd at MADONNA's London concert last night (16AUG06) treated her to a rendition of HAPPY BIRTHDAY to celebrate her turning 48. Midway through her performance the backing singers urged the crowd to serenade her, stopping the MATERIAL GIRL dead in her tracks. Stunned, she said afterwards, "I cannot think of a better way to spend my birthday than with you tonight." Madonna then said her birthday wish would be for world peace. The Wembley Arena gig concluded the London leg of the singer's world tour.

Great wish and it was nice of the crowd to do that, I bet she was overwhelmed :D! Nice surprise for her and I bet it was amazing spending a night with Madonna at her concert on ber birthday!

It sure was! I had a fantastic time that night and sang my heart out during Happy Birthday!! She really is the love of my life :)

Yep keep them and maybe sell one in a couple of years, they'll go for like triple the amount then :P

they might shrivl up and go all dry... :o
