Israel DNQing is a mystery to me. I know it was one of many ballads but it was flawless and ten times better than most of the qualifiers. Eugh. :(

Well, Milim didn't qualify with the televoters in 2010 - this was sort of in a similar style to that, so I reckon it was really hurt by a possible divide between televotes and juries due to the voting system changes.
