Pfft, generic oversung Disney ballad is totally my thing - I mean I was all over In A Moment Like This too and this is cut from very similar cloth.

I did not like the kiss at the end by Finland simply because it was totally contrived and in a way un-neccessary. To clarify i am the type of person who does not give a flying thought to a person who is gay, straight whatever once they are happy. But back to the point i just feel they used it to try and grab attention and potentially get press coverage as they would know the kiss would not go down well with the older audiences of Eurovision and i think they wanted to stir that up to bring attention to the entry and possibly grab votes out it.

 

Maybe im totally out of point, i dont know, did anyone else think the same?

 

If it was just that then yeah, it would be crap and a cheap vote-grabber. But it's not, the whole thing is a protest about Finland (and much of the world) not allowing gay marriage. It's basically sticking two fingers up to all the homophobes in the world, and for that it's brilliant. Or maybe I'm totally out of point :P
