No. I mean I can hear the same configuration of hooks in several of her songs.

merged the 'forget' thread in. at this stage post-leak the hype as dyed down considerably so I don't think it warrants anymore individual threads as they just aren't garnering enough responses / the tracks are being discussed in the album thread by those who have listened to the leak.

Got a sales-ish update on the pre-orders from Amazon:

 

Fans have been taking on a “FROOT” adventure starting in October and it has worked with over 26,000 pre-orders by mid-February.

 

It's from the US website so I'm not sure whether the 26,000 pre-orders are worldwide or just in America alone. Either way, really impressive!

Considering 'Forget' entered at #1 on iTunes I think 26k in the US is about right.

Interesting how she's looking to smash in the US with something other than Hollywood :D

Yeah it'd be great if she could get a number 1 album in America!

I'm pretty sure Radio 1 will playlist 'I'm A Ruin' as I think it's impact date may have changed due to the new release date for Froot. I guess it's going to be released as a post-album single now instead.

I can't believe this album is out a week tomorrow. All the physical releases have been changed on Amazon, so we could be getting our albums by the end of the week. I have the CD, 7' singles box set and diamond vinyl coming. :D

I had the same email regarding my box set. :( It shouldn't split opening sales though, as they are sending you a digital copy.

 

I also had an email saying my Vinyl album is being dispatched! :D

I got confirmation of my Deluxe CD and Vinyl have been shipped today. Hopefully I get them by Saturday! :cheer:

I remember that every time that she released a FROOT of the month, the album was appearing on TOP200 in most countries.

I think Froot is doing incredibly well after a slow start this week. It's gone up about 100 places in the past two days so hopefully that's a promising sign.

Considering the pre-orders have no impact on iTunes anymore, I've canceled mine. I'll download on the day to help her out (even Madonna had great difficultly scaling the album charts this week).

 

I think she's looking at top 5 for sure, probably behind Sam Smith and Madonna.

Froot is #1 on Irish iTunes :o

That's amazing! 20 minutes after release this shot to number 1 on Irish iTunes! They obviously still have the old rules regarding pre-orders but hopefully it's a reflection on how well pre-orders have done here, too.
