I think it could have a strong first week of sales because the pre-orders seem to have done really well and Marina does seem to still have a strong and dedicated fan-base. Beyond that...it could be bad.

To be fair I was expecting it to get playlisted by radio one this week (considering she's started promoting this week). It's got its first play by some of the smaller stations and gets the odd play on radio one and two but it really needs to get regular spins soon or it could be bad.

 

I was kinda hoping she'd obtain a gold this time round but I'll keep my fingers crossed still, at least she'll have a shot at #1 again.

 

I'm estimating her to do about 25-26k on the first week.

Anybody care to explain how we can be getting a FOTM on the 4/4 if she's given them all to us on the 16th?

i assume you can get the 'froot of the month' on 4/4 if you haven't pre-ordered the record / there will be a video released, artwork etc...

Forget is #1 on US itunes! :o :o

 

EDIT - #2 now but it's amazing that she could get there even for a few minutes!

You mean that she repeats the middle-8 during/after the final chorus? I've noticed that and I actually really like it.
