Marina's said it herself this era isn't about commercialism so anything is a lucky bonus I guess.

She says that. We all know she's desperate for validation and a hit would do that.

Maybe but I think the fact she didn't go back to the big producers from album two who would have helped get her some buzz speaks volumes! :P

I would say Marina circa 2015 has gotten as much validation as she's needed. Craving success/praise seems a thing of the past for her.

Slaying Charli XCX's 2 weeks top 100.
If this does happen, I hope it's not just an attempt to ride the wave of the future success of 'Disconnect' with some tag-along leftovers. A re-release so soon would scream "cheap cash-in"

She said she wanted to do a re-release of froot before it had even been released. She said she wrote 15 songs for it but wanted to keep the album as 12 tracks to keep it precise. One of them is called 'Hungry for love' or something and we heard a clip for it a while back when Froot was in production.

If she wanted to keep the album precise, a re-release would surely mean a double disc then which I would be here for as long as the new tracks aren't of 'Just Desserts'/'E.V.O.L'/HTBAH standards

She doesn't sound too convincing when she says that she likes the idea of it tho

She needs to follow the popularity of Disconnect (assuming it's a hit when released) by releasing "Blue", which is more radio friendly and could lead to her getting some form of singles success and hopefully boosting album sales, as well as allowing me to continue being Blue's #1 fangirl until death.

I really hope SOMETHING off Froot gets played on Radios.

I'm not feeling Bubblegum bitch as her opener for every show recently?

I'm glad out of the all tracks she could have ignored from FROOT, shes not bothered with Solitaire.
