Robbie In:Demand will air on Thursday, June 20 on 16 Place stations in England and Scotland, including Key 103, Metro FM, Clyde 1, Forth One and Radio City, reaching a combined UK audience of 7.2 million, according to Q1 Rajar figures. It will comprise a one-hour special starting at 8pm with an interview mixed in with some of the Island artist's biggest hits followed by an hour of selected songs from 9pm of his concert at Manchester's Etihead Stadium. The day before Alex James will host a three-hour special from 7pm live backstage from the concert where Olly Murs will be the support act. It will also go out across the Place Portfolio of stations, while each station's breakfast show will run a competition for listeners to win tickets to be at the gig. Bauer Media Place Portfolio group programming director Owen Ryan said: “Robbie is a legend in the UK music industry with over 70 million worldwide sales, and so we are pleased to be able to offer our listeners access to such exclusive, brilliant content across the multiple platforms of our Place Portfolio. We will need..... cakes, drink, popcorn and maybe we could all wear Robbie t shirts (if still fits) :cry: oh................ and we will need people to post :cry: OK, Il'l be here, what evening is it, My iternary for next week is very busy Monday - clean up duties in the local parish plus coffee in the local hotel afterwards Tuesday - attend a talk in the local library on Tom Crean ( Explorer ) Wednesday - cycling from park to park in the city ( It's bike week in Ireland ) , Thursday - cycling around the walls of the city :unsure: , not sure what that entails Friday - Pedicure after work Sooooooooo if I have time I will defo be on posting duties :P BTW , the week after I am off to London for a long weekend :angel:
