Posted August 23, 200618 yr I say 'Boy (I Need You)' Reasons - It's a cover of a rap song. Beyonce and Christina managed to do this well - it beggars belief that Mariah could not. - The best bit of the song is that a vocodered lady says 'Boy'. That can't be a good sign. - Said best bit was not her idea. It's from the original. - Her vocals are awful - When everyone's saying you're a bit mental, you should avoid lyrics such as 'Heaven knows suddenly it's not so dismal baby' or threatening to 'wrap you up inside my love and never let you go' - When your last album sold quite poorly, you should avoid releasing singles as bad as this Edited August 24, 200618 yr by Tim

August 23, 200618 yr Author I didn't think Loverboy was that good, the video was just embarrasing! It had the same director as 'Dirrty'. David LaChapelle, who I thought was a gay, likes women to wear very little in his videos it would seem. Edited August 23, 200618 yr by Tim
August 24, 200618 yr Boy (I Need You) is dire, its one of three Mariah songs i can't stand. The other two are Loverboy & I Know What You Want though i suppose that doesnt really count much. But they are the only three.

August 24, 200618 yr I'm going to say Boy or Underneath the Stars then... Boy because of Tim's reasons, it's boring and bland, there was many better songs which could have been singles. Underneath the Stars wasn't a single in the UK, but it was released. I also find this boring and hard to sit through without skipping it :P

August 25, 200618 yr I Know What You Want. I did not think that this song was suited at all for Mariah, the lyrics did not match the music too well in my opinion. :) I agree with this one, I HATED I Know What You Want, but Boy is equally as terrible.
