New Natalia Kills single.

 

I wasn't really won over by 'Problem', but this is bloody fantastic! Definitely the best thing she has done in a while, in terms of the production and lyrically it's SO strong and I can't get enough of it.

 

Obviously as per usual it's not likely to do anything, which is a shame.

When she's good she's really, really brilliant so it's a shame she'll never be taken seriously in the mainstream. This is far from her best, but it could almost be a smooth Lana track which is a good thing obviously.

Natalia Kills is back with a killer Hit song called "Saturday Night". She describes it as her "life story in 4 minutes of music".

This is a pretty good song btw, only bothered it giving a listen now! It's no Break Ya Hard, Zombie or Mirrors but it's something different. There had better be pop smashes a la those three on the album though!

Actually there won't be, she isn't into mainstream music and se doesn't want to make mainstream music. Her new album is said to be much darker and a sort of renegade pop. Like her song "Problem". But she also said there would be 3-4 sad songs, i guess like "Saturday Night".

She certainly wanted to be mainstream music last time around. She tried everything, right from a 'Just Dance' soundalike first single backed by Akon, featuring Will.I.Am on one of her singles, featuring on the follow-up to 'Party Rock Anthem' by LMFAO. She really tried everything and nothing worked, I feel for her. :(

 

I admire her as an artist though, but she does deserve some recognition.
