August 23, 201311 yr Yeah, the advantage with Rihanna is in addition to her own songs, she 'features' on a bunch of other rappers' as well. The way Billboard deal with collaborations (for year-end charts and stuff like that, and I assume they do this for calculating artist of the decade too) is that the lead artist(s) gets 75% of the points and the featured artist(s) get 25%. So the hit collaborations do help Rihanna, although she also loses out on quite a lot of points from having featured artists on her own songs. Will "What Now" by Rihanna be used as a single in the USA ? Hopefully. Although it hasn't had any radio adds dates announced, so I don't know. Edited August 23, 201311 yr by Eric_Blob

I thought that the chart is compiled automatically by a program, script, whatever where you have rules and if something doesn't fit to them is removed automatically. If it's a human work than it sucks. Billboard, we're in 2013, these processes should be automated without any human work to avoid errors like these. I remember in the past there was one song which should have been removed from the Hot 100 and should have gone recurrent, but somehow they forgot to remove the song from the main chart. So for one week it was listed on both charts, the Hot 100 and recurrent Hot 100. It was quite funny ;) At least now I do understand the reason.
