October 14, 201311 yr I'm just being realistic, it's disappointing to see a 370k+ single and Disco Love's success struggle to make the album even debut top 10 and climb up (Headlines, Wordshaker, Chasing Lights all did this :() I really hope that physicals are high :( I'm sure physicals account for 80% of an album's sales total.

October 14, 201311 yr Author I think they will drop out of the top 10 on iTunes tomorrow, they seem to be dropping quite fast now and unfortunately have no promo until Wednesday. ' Disco Love ' being cherry picked will ensure a faster decline and Iggy is increasing at a good speed on iTunes, I'm just hoping The Saturdays' manage to overtake Jason Derulo on iTunes. Last minute promotion is going to be needed though (BBC Breakfast would be good)

October 14, 201311 yr nice to wake up to it being at #14 (don't know how its been during the night) just wondering, on the iTunes chart there are a few single EPs, do they count on the official charts or does that mean The Sats are actually higher than #14 in the official album chart so far?

Yes, EPs and Compilations don't count towards the album charts on Sunday. Which means they are technically #9.
October 14, 201311 yr Yes, EPs and Compilations don't count towards the album charts on Sunday. Which means they are technically #9. that's good for us then! obviously singles mainly focus on downloads. Do album chartings focus on physical and digital sales? single/album release weeks are always nerve wracking for me :P
October 14, 201311 yr there's not even a TV advert (To my Knowledge). i saw someone posted on twitter that they saw an advert on their TV, wouldn't mind seeing this!
October 14, 201311 yr Physicals are much higher for album sales, yes. iTunes doesn't mean much when it comes to albums but it's still an indicator.
October 14, 201311 yr damn the postman decided not to post my CD today! Just have to buy it on iTunes too then :)
