They chose 4 of the OF Mods to become OF Leaders. We then became part of the BJ 'Staff' with access to the Staff Lounge. But I didn't feel I was able to spend as much time on 'Site' matters as I would have liked. In truth I wasn't contributing overly much. So I felt a bit guilty tbh. <_<
