The Shakespeare in Love star hopes a delve into the music industry will steal her some extra precious moments with frontman Chris Martin. The couple, who have two children — Apple and Moses — married in 2003 but, with Martin spending a lot of time touring, often spend long periods apart. A source close to the actress told contactmusic.com: "Gwyneth has said she's keen to direct pop videos and Chris has agreed to let her direct one for Coldplay. "She loves the band and their music, and it's a way for her and Chris to be together while he's working." Paltrow, 33, made her acting debut in 1991 film Shout but really rose to fame in 1995 movie Seven, when she dated co-star Brad Pitt. After reported flings with Ben Affleck and Robert Sean Leonard, she married Coldplay singer Martin on December 5, 2003 — at a secret wedding ceremony in California. Paltrow gave birth to the couple's first child just five months later, then had their second in April this year. Last week Paltrow was pictured taking a surfing lesson during a beach holiday near her in-laws' home in Cornwall, England. Martin, 29, is already an accomplished surfer.

August 29, 200618 yr whenver it will be I'd expect it to be a while yet. At the very earliest i'd expect it to be late 2007 but I reckon it'll be more like spring / summer 2008 by the time thye bring out any new material.

August 30, 200618 yr Well I really hope their isn't a greatest hits any time soon as it would delay the release of their next album hwich already looks like its gonna be a while before it comes out and a greatest hits would delay it even further. -_-
