Anyway, what that person said weeks ago - something like, 'this is a hate chart, not a personal comments chart!' (not the exact words, but you know) was ridiculous. Everyone has opinions and everyone comments on these opinions - this is how our society, and free speech quite often, works! If we weren't meant to make a few comments in a HATE CHART, where the context suggests that you well hate songs on a music forum (i.e, generating comments), then the voting wouldn't be done in public but would be done by pm anonymously. And I'm sure Book isn't bothered over a 1 line comment about his ratings.

 

I think my votes for Screech should count anyway however as it was out least favourite song AND I missed out on some voting weeks too when t would have been in anyway.

No, free speech doesn't mean you can say whatever you like. Of course you can comment on songs, no problem there, although it's another question how you act and express yourself. The problem was you were not commenting on songs but on a member's choice and taste which can lead to persoanl attacks. That is not allowed in this forum, it's in our rules (have you read it?).

And I'm sure only Book knows if he's bothered or not...

 

You're free to comment on your chart why you dislike some songs. You love to hate anyway, well at least you rather hate than like/love :-P
