Commentary: The first of three Macklemore And Ryan Lewis songs in my countdown. Like in the official chart this being the least successful of them all.

Commentary: The third Watsky song in my chart. This was released in 2012 but I loved it this year.

Commentary: I've always liked Wretch 32 and this comeback single was great. Should have done better officially.

Commentary: I didn't click with this song until about 1-2 months after I had heard it. Since then I have really enjoyed it.

Commentary: The So Solid Crew's 2001 chart topper 21 Seconds comes at 35 on my 2013 countdown. I was too young to appreciate it in 2001 so only started loving in this year. I remember playing this song on Def Jam Rapstar.

Commentary: This song is so catchy. It's the ultimate chill out song.

Commentary: I don't usually watch Eurovision but this year I did and ended up getting into it. At the time I wanted Greece to win but in the end I agree this was the right winner.

Commentary: And here it is. Two Watsky songs in a row puts him out of the race to be my number one of the year. IDGAF juste edges out Moral Of The Story to be Watsky's number one.

Commentary: I have really liked The Arctic Monkeys songs this era and this was a great follow-up to Do I Wanna Know.

Commentary: I love Little Mix (especially Jade). This is my first number one of 2014 as well so will probably chart in my 2014 countdown as well.

Commentary: For me this is the best Kanye song since Power, which is one of my favourite songs of all time.

Commentary: At first I thought a collaboration between Dizzee and Robbie would be terrible but after I heard them perform it live I loved it.

Commentary: The runner up as my favourite Eminem song of the year is Survival. One of the best he has done for years.
