Can't wait to own my physical copy. I'm officially not listening to anything until I have the album in my hands and be able to play it in full,, from start to finish.
Bought this yesterday and it's pretty damn solid. 'Cruel World' is sublime!
'Cruel World' and 'Sad Girl' are some of the instant tracks for me! My vinyl should be coming this week which will be so exciting

Brought it this afternoon and have finished listening to it and it is

ONE OF THE BEST ALBUMS OF THE LAST FEW YEARS

Every single track is superb and the album is beautiful and fantastic

Tracks to download [the best of the best]: Ultraviolence, West Coast, f***ed My Way To The Top, Money Power Glory, Old Money but just get the whole album

This cements Lana's status as my favourite singer at the moment

I'm not expecting Ultraviolence to be anything like Born to Die in sound, going by people's comments, but I hope it's as good or even better in terms of quality. Even if only one track lives up to the amazing standard of 'National Anthem' I'd be happy.

Right I have been a bit of a LDR loon thus far, but on first listen this is a terriblt disappointing album.

The 2nd half of the album merges into a complete bland out. I hope this grows on me!

Everyone should go listen to the Lykke Li album instead.

I'm starting to think Old Money might be up there with Video Games...

As the Charmed-Buffy of the site, let me tell you: you're wrong!!

Slaying yo bad musak taste!

Nothing on this album comes CLOSE to anything on Born to Die and her two crown jewels, Born to Die/ Video Games (followed by NA) are just so far ahead.

It's a bland album that takes itself too serious.

It's clear she had nothing to say on this album. She even admitted it, saying it was just a few collections and she felt like she had nothing to say. There's no message, no nothing. Where are her existential musings like in Ride or all ofBorn to Die? Where are her comments like how she wishes she were dead translated into music? Oh, that's right, she's singing about nothing and money. Great.

You love charmed!? It was brilliant :)

On topic now I actually really like it as a whole although it does seem a little more noiser than BTD

Yes!! I love it it's up there with my favourite shows. In fact, I'm the Charmed/ Buffy of the site!

Unfortunately I have to use that status against this noisy, and ultimately empty, album :( She's run out of ideas!

Not sure how anyone could call this album too noisy. It's a lot more chilled than Born To Die to my ears?
Florida Kilos / Brooklyn Baby / Shades of Cool / Ultraviolence are my favourites, wish they had been the first single.
