98 N 1 The Ronettes Sleigh Ride

WOW! Any particular boost for this or is it just now one of the popular downloaded Christmas songs this year?

It's not top 5 and if you meant top 10 there's the 2 Bublé albums as well so I'm not really sure where you were going with this post :heehee:

The Ronettes' 'Sleigh Ride' has made the top 100 for the first time in the digital era at #98! Following from Andy Williams and The Darkness in the last 2 weeks, very strange that these ones are doing much better than usual when most of the other Xmas songs are doing worse than they did last year. Thought John, Yoko and co. would miss out entirely this year so pleased to see them sneaking an appearance at the last minute.

Yay at The Ronnettes, prob one of the best and most know xmas songs never to crack the top 100!!

Must update grief for his BJ xmas countdown!!

Is the "Doctor" featured on the Sigma song at number 56 the same "Doctor" who was featured on Soundbwoy Ent's 2006 Top 20er "Never Wanna Say"?

Took a little bit of digging but yes, they are the same (his Facebook page has clear ads for 'Rudeboy' and if you click on the description it does mention the Soundbwoy Ent track).

Thanks for posting this though as I actually managed to miss out the featured credit on 'Never Wanna Say' entirely in my spreadsheet.
