New staff structure

Global Moderators are able to moderate anywhere on BuzzJack and this helps when moderation needs to be done quickly and also to cover people who are away and not active. This system has worked well for some time although there is a growing need to have specific people assigned to different sections of the site.

Going forward Moderators of different sections will now be aligned to a Global Moderator. This will allow issues to be dealt with consistently and for Global Moderators to be better equipped to improve their section(s).

For any moderation please still refer to the moderator(s) of the forum but for escalation refer to the Global Moderator in charge of the section. Our help section has been updated with this information and should be your reference point going forward: Staff User Guide
