Is it rare for a song to be #4 on Reshuffle and end up with negative points? Meaning only the top 3 had positive scores that week :o

Yep, i'm not sure it has happened too often, but the three songs further ahead that week, Thrift Shop, White Noise & I Knew You Were Trouble had quite sizeable scores and most of the negative scores were not that high.

For me, there are always a lot of forgettable T10 hits, so I listen to every song on Youtube before I list them on the chart, and even after I've just heard some songs I start forgetting them straight away.

Just managing to scrape into the positive scores it's Breach's first top 10. I usually dislike repetetive songs, but I don't know if it's that it wasn't that overplayed, but I still enjoy listening to the song, and glad it managed to get a positive score.

Congratulation to the One Direction boys who manage to finish the year with a song scoring positive for the very first time, so what makes "Kiss You" different, I think most people have to admit it's a very catchy, well produced pop song, whilst remaining not an exact replica of other current hits.

Next up is probably my least favourite T10 hit of the year. Yes, I know Azalea has a big fanbase on here, but I can't understand her appeal in the slightest, and this is one of her worst offerings with nothing to enjoy in my opinion. CYL finishes higher than KY as it recieved six "+5"s compared to One Direction's two.

From my auditory hell to heaven, one of my favourite songs of the year, first of all I'm a big Justin Timberlake fan and this is classic JT, and it's just so lovely to listen to. Jay-Z's last appearance but Justin Timberlake still has his Mirrors left.

The lowest song on the list to manage to avoid a single "-5", but still ranks low as it had more negative than positive scores, comes from a duo who may not have achieved the mainstream success of say Daft Punk or Calvin Harris, but still have managed a very consistant career in dance music both in terms of quality and chart success. This single is the first of two to appear, and showcases a sophisticated sound. L&NF finishes higher than S&T as it recieved four "+5"s compared to Timberlake's two.

AC/DC have such amazing success in their career it was difficult to believe that they never had a UK T10 hit before, thankfully this changed thanks to a campaign to get "Highway To Hell" the Christmas #1 slot, it may have failed but at least it rights a chart wrong. The song is needless to say a classic. It's also the sixth one-weeker in a row, reaching #5 in the Reshuffle chart.

Another dance song from a British producer this one sampling "Cornbread, Fish & Collard Greens" by Anthony Hamilton. The song did quite well in this chart for a somewhat unknown dance act.

So both of Chase & Status' entries just miss the top fifty, I love this song and it's my second favourite dance song of the year, it has a great retro feel to it, and sounds like a classic to me.

Boo at Chase And Status narrowly missing out on the top 50 with both of their songs - ah well, at least they both finished on a positive score.

Another dance song at #50, to be honest I was expecting a Calvin-Harris type of dance single from the track title, but it is more of the chilled-out variety, a lovely track if you're in the right mood.

49. OLLY MURS FT. FLO RIDA - TROUBLEMAKER (15 POINTS)

WEEKS IN TOP TEN: 2 (in 2013)

Along with Bastille, Britney Spears, Calvin Harris, Disclosure, John Newman, Lady GaGa, Lily Allen, Pharrell Williams & The Saturdays, Olly Murs has two hits in the top 50 this year (Avicii along with Macklemore & Ryan Lewis lead the way on three entries each). This is even more impressive when one of these was a fading number #1 from 2012.

The follow up to #1 "Love Me Again", "Cheating" never struck the same chord that it's predecessor managed. It's defintely not a bad song, it just lacked the hit factor to it.

Disclosure's second top 10 hit, great song and although I prefer it to the still-to-come "White Noise", "Latch" will always be in a league of its own. Plus it's nice to see Eliza in the top 10 again.

After getting a #1 nine years after her last with will.i.am, Britney's solo single saw less success, however it was appreciated on Buzzjack. I thought the song was really catchy and also really liked follow-up "Perfume", although that looks like it won't chart in the top 40.

Another act with their fair share of fans on Buzzjack, "Disco Love" returned The Sats to the T10, after the mess that was "Gentleman". This is my favourite thing The Sats did last year, but still not a patch on their best songs for me, but still a good pop song.

The first song to be a Reshuffle #1 in 2013 falls out of the competition, but it was the first of 21 different Reshuffle #1s of the year. This only had the one weeks worth of votes, yet there are still higher one-weekers in the chart who didn't even get the #1 spot. It finished 13th last year, this song seems destined for future classic status, and quite right too.
I thought 'Cheating' would end up like last in its week, definitely not something I expected to get a positive score let alone an actually quite decent positive score. A pretty poor single choice though I'm not sure if he had anything better to release (I haven't been interested enough to give the album a listen but 'Love Me Again' is still a tune at least).
