Charlie XCX really is just awful isn't she? The verses are okay on this but that chorus takes weak to a whole other level.

Does Iggy naturally sound like that or is her rapping accent as put on as it sounds? I can't imagine talking like that for an extended period of time without completely destroying vocal chords.

I'm no Iggy fan regardless but this is just horrendous. Charli is fine at her own thing and all but could not be more inappropriate here.

Won't even comment on those lyrics but let's just say bragging is not something I find interesting to listen to.

This has actually been getting a pretty good response on the "blogosphere".

What I wonder is if Radio 1 will once again playlist an Iggy single?

^ I actually think Radio 1 might not playlist this. They seem to hate DJ Mustard songs. They didn't playlist Rack City even though that song was everywhere. They didn't playlist Show Me, and they only C-Listed Feelin' Myself, even though it features Miley Cyrus, got #2 in the charts and will.i.am worked for the BBC.

However, she did premiere the song on Radio 1Xtra, so that would help. Although I think maybe she should premiere her next singles on a US radio station (like Hot 97) because she's already successful and famous here, but she hasn't managed a Hot 100 hit there yet.

This was produced by The Invisible Men, not DJ Mustard as it was first reported by mistake when it leaked.

And she definitely should premiere it on a US radio! I'd say that's arguably where she needs to make an impact chart-wise now to help the album. I think the reason why she doesn't seem as active over there is probably because her management is mainly UK-based too though :/ She also needs to start doing more features like Nicki Minaj did in the beginning (and still does) so radio will get used to her and then be more willing to play her own tracks more often.

This is such a grower, Iggy knew what she was doing after all and it'll definitely end up right there on top of my fave Iggy tracks next to "Work" with the official HQ explicit version + video!
