I missed Natasha's voice. Pocketful Of Sunshine remains a bop

A strange career, if ever there was one... she truly could have been the international star. Shame that her second UK album sucked and that "Strip Me Away" also sucked.

It feels good to hear new material from Tasha

Now roll on the next album though :cheer:

I feel like she is too hated to make a comeback in the UK, and the US have also forgotten about her. Pocketful in particular was a great album, but I also have a lot of time for the two on either side of it. "Put Your Arms Around Me" and "Neon Lights" not being singles was a travesty.

The fact that "Touch" was a promo single and the god awful "Strip Me" was made a single... there's a reason the promo single performed better.

"Pocketful of Sunshine" was a wonderful album.

If I remember correctly, "Touch" was pushed properly in the US (music video, live performances) but the radios didn't touch it so they labelled it as a promo single. If it hadn't flop it would be considered as the first single.

I am still baffled by the fact that PoS wasn't released in the UK at all and the album was only sold in the US.

It still kind of bothers me they released that heinous 'Love Like This' song which did nothing here and skipped over 'Pocketful Of Sunshine' which had obvious potential.

I think after that the ship sailed for her though in terms of a UK career, at this point she's not really remembered in general (kind of like Delta Goodrem). Still wish Strip Me had been released here though.

I really liked Strip Me!

However, the momentum's been and gone.

She faded just at the same time as Jamelia, and started around the same time too!

It seems like they've given up on her career in the UK. The last few albums havent even been released here.
