Mine are:

Rumours - Fleetwood Mac. Just an all-time classic and sounding even better on the recently issued Re-mastered CD.

Bat Out Of Hell - Meatloaf - Overblown, pompous but brilliant too.

Thriller - Michael Jackson - Some people prefer Bad or even Off The Wall but I still prefer this one. The world's best-seller of all time.

Tapestry - Carole King. - The student bedsit album of the early 70's. Been playing this a lot lately.

Abba - Arrival - Has great non-single tracks such as That's Me, My Love My Life and When I Kissed The Teacher.

Feel free to comment on mine and maybe list yours.

I adore That's Me and When I Kissed The Teacher, both tracks are in my top 5 ABBA songs, but as album "Ring Ring" is more intresting and still my favourite from them.

I haven't got that. Super Trouper is great too as The Piper is a good track.

My top 5 favourite albums :

H and Claire - Another You, Another Me

allSTARS* - allSTARS*

Geri Halliwell - Schizophonic

Sinead Quinn - Ready To Run

Shania Twain - Come On Over

Have only heard Come On Over but it's a fab album.

I tried to work out around my 20th birthday last summer what were my 20 favourite albums from before I was born. So if I had to pick five of those:

Led Zeppelin IV

Bruce Springsteen - Born To Run (although Darkness On The Edge Of Town comes close)

Fleetwood Mac - Rumours

Prince and the Revolution - Purple Rain

The Smiths - The Queen Is Dead

Licensed To Ill would probably be next.

Radiohead - Kid A

The Stone Roses - The Stone Roses

The Beatles - Revolver

Big Chief - Mack Avenue Skull Game (A melange of punk, funk, grunge, soul and god knows what else making up the soundtrack to an imaginary film.)

Black Sabbath - Master of Reality (The beginnings of doom and stoner metal. An unbelievably good record.)

1 Manic Street Preachers - The Holy Bible

2 Suede - Dog Man Star

3 Mansun - Six

4 Tori Amos - Under the Pink

5 Orbital - Insides

Dog Man Star and Under the Pink have been there for over 19 years.
