Posted February 10, 201411 yr http://www.newstatesman.com/politics/2014/...t-be-considered Peter Hain, former Cabinet minister (including for the Middle East, briefly) thinks that the chances of a viable two state solution are shrinking as Israel continues to encroach on more and more land that would probably be part of Palestine, and that a single secular state is now the only workable solution to the conflict. Thoughts.
February 10, 201411 yr A single, secular state has been my preferred solution for a long time but I can't see either side accepting it. Therefore, it is probably not worth even trying to pursue that potential solution.
