I'm disappointed that streaming is having this effect on the charts.

Unfortunately, streaming will always be an issue for TT from now on. The majority of their audience are no longer teens or young adults; elderly people are not very familiar with technology or how the charts work, unfortunately.

The true test is the album sales, that should give us a hint of TT's popularity. I so want III to make it to double platinum; if need be, I'll make a transplant of toes and fingers to have more to cross :P

How many are they on currently? Must be around the 450k mark?

I wonder if they'll do an XF performance. I thought Children in Need Rocks was due back this year, it's a shame if the tax thing has stopped Gary from organising again this year.

On another note, the video for Hey Boy is released on the 3rd Nov

It doesn't look like there will be a CIN concert. A date for the release of tickets together with the actual date and venue would have been publicised by now and Gary would have been on TV promoting it. If it's not going ahead the only reason I can think of is the tax issue.

On a more positive note - some good reviews from their concerts in Dubai. They seem to have gone down very well, which is lovely. Howard seemed genuinely surprised that the crowd was so big- quite a sweet response from him.

Glad about the reviews I'm hoping it might encourage them to do shows outside the box and different countries. I mean Robbie has just gone to Australia and New Zealand. They could be surprised by how many want to attend like Dubai. The European audiences might take TT for granted.

Great point! I would really love them to do some gigs in the states. Maybe appear on James Corden's show doing a medley or something!

Video out tomorrow! Quite liked the clip on Lorraine this morning.

Looks like a nightclub dance off! Jason would be in his element

Video seems to have pushed them back into the top 100
Wow, the video has had quite an impact. 53 on iTunes currently.
This is wonderful. The video is showing positive impact, can it continue? and also is it to late in the week to return Hey Boy to the charts?

Potentially...such a shame they didn't release it on the same week as the song. It could have got them into the top 40
It would have been more sensical to have released the video the same time as the song. The disaster of the handling singles continues.

I wonder who shares the blame for this disastrous promo, the boys or the label?

If they want the album to do well, they have to push all the promo this month, considering next month Howard will be having his baby and I imagine any TT activity will cease for a while.

I would think it is both. No point in wearing my rose tilted glasses and believing it is all the record companies doing when it is both. I would have serious issues with the promotion manager of the singles as something in that department is very wrong.
You're probably right. Even if the boys are not directly responsible, they should have demanded answers for the handling of the singles campaigns; therefore, they share the blame as much as the label or their management.

I think the thing for them is the first single as that sells the rest of the album. Once the first single sells well they are happy.

They should have done what GB did during the SISYL promo.

The problem they now face is one big lead single is no longer enough to sell the albums (in huge quantities)
