2/10 St Lucia Remix - bizarre, doesn't work very well.

4/10 G.U.Y. (Rami Samir Afuni Remix) - I agree with the YouTube comments, sounds like it should be in a fitness class!

4/10 G.U.Y. (Wayne G Throwback Anthem) - Very 80s, not a massive fun, but its good enough I guess

7/10 G.U.Y. (Lovelife Remix) - definitely the best remix there!

6/10 G.U.Y. (KDrew Remix) - not bad. Sounds like it would be amazing in a club, potential to be 8/9 though in the right setting.

Nothing amazing. I wanted something on the standard of the Purity Remix of "Applause", which I think it as good as the single version.

One of the biggest pop falls/ flops of all time.

I mean, not comparing to Nelly Furtado and her awful lyrics, ´Life should be happpyyy´ and flop 800 on itunes US comeback, but big.

Only if you buy G.U.Y.

As expected, this is not even going to chart and Radio 1 dropped it off their playlist.

Shame, but they never should have even thought of releasing this as the third single...

I'm not entirely sure anything else would've done any better? It's a shame it didn't do anything but I think anything she did, with this level of radio support, was bound to flop. Shame, as it's a fantastic song.

She should've just released "Dope" - it already has a top 10 peak on Hot 100 and in France!

It's outpeaked G.U.Y. everywhere except the UK! It might've even gone top 100 here, since it's much less camp and very Heart/Radio 2 friendly!

The only reason it did that well in the US was because of streaming. It sold next to nothing at all...

So? Still an official US top 10. Gaga just played the game very well with "Dope"!

It doesn't really mean anything though... anyone can release a live video and manipulate those rules with any random album track, nobody bought it and it's in no way indicative that it'd have been successful as a single.

It's the Nelly Furtado situation all over again.

Pop music is amde to be successful, ultimately, so if she's making pop music no one's buying and that nobody wants then why is she releasing or making pop at all? If she wants to be indie, become indie, may as well given these sales.

So she finally gets it!

I reckon now she's flopped to unimaginable levels, she's gonna try and be successful again.
