I don't think that's a good thing to support as a fan, is it?

Well it's not like they are in danger of getting dropped anytime soon is It? And there isn't any point moaning that all they do is the minimum every release so i say enjoy the Music!

Streaming seems to be benefiting some artists and not others. If The Saturdays benefit then they could fall gracefully out the chart too. Fingers crossed.
Yeah I remember reading that while back at DS

Anyone else ever ordered anything on ASOS?

I just got a Saturdays email from them about winning/buying tickets.

Read back a few pages :drama:

It all started here http://www.buzzjack.com/forums/index.php?s...t&p=4764266

When Hurricane and Wall started putting US in the background

Oh that's where the mess started  !!!

We shall be called the Dutcherdays, releasing fierce pop songs like All Dutched Up, 30 Dutch and What About Dutch (feat. April)

Of course you mention the best songs already. I'm in B-)

I'm ready for that feat April "Bop" of course.

I wanna buy Roch clothes to support her, but what hell am I supposed to do with it.

Also when the 808' high quality is released, I'm gonna ask you a favor

It already is Totto, I CAN'T.

It is going to fall like a rock when it debuts onto the chart, probably even worse than Not Giving Up...

I meant the super illegal HQ version :kink: But can you filter the last two Rochessa choruses with all the ad-libs, when you got time or something.. I don't know

Please  ?

I don't think there's much to filter in '808' sadly as the last chorus pretty much goes from Vanessa to Rochelle with not much backing vocals anyway ?

I did filter the adlibs from Una and Vanessa out of 'Walking Through the Desert' and they sound LUSH!

I might try '808' again, but I swear the only backing vocals worth of anything are Mollie's during Rochelle's second verse :kink:

There are some background ad-libs during the last two choruses on 808' , but some are just barely hearable, I thought maybe if you filtered it I could hear the properly  .

One of these days you have to teach me how to do that

My gym (which is part of a chain) play a playlist of music videos on a big screen. Back in 2011 when I first moved to London Notorious was one of the ones constantly being played, which made me get back into The Saturdays after temporarily going off them (Don't shoot me). I remember downloading it for 59p after seeing it so many times.

Today in their new batch they played The Saturdays Megamix. Best.Cardio.Session.EVER

Notorious is the song that got me back into The Saturdays too, after Headlines!

Notorious will always have a special place in my , because of that.

Creepy moment shopping today.

Me: "Why is the music in the shops so good then you go to the clubs and there's so much crap... Remember that time we were shopping and heard The Saturdays."

....walks downstairs *What About Us starts playing in shop* there is no way in hell anyone heard me say that!!

Did they have to reduce Notorious to 59p on its release week?

Nah, it was 2 or 3 weeks later.

I really don't see what the point of doing another album is when we know their material is going to get 0 airplay,0 promotion and 0 effort from the girls and their management??!

They need music out to get the endorsement deals, gigs and touring...which is where they have always made their money. To get that they need to be singers and put out music. It's funny, but it's been like that for them for more than a while. They put music out to get endorsement deals, instead of getting endorsement deals for putting music out. I don't know if you guys get the slight difference? I don't know, I thought it was funny. :kink:

Reastically, their tours are going to get smaller and smaller, and obviously, and they'll probably only get the small gigs too. However, we still don't know yet if there's absolutely no chance of them getting back on track. I know some people like to believe they are in the worst position ever, but they are really not... They have lost the airplay of the big radios, it's not totally impossible to get it back. Would they put the effort to achieve that...that's another debate for another day.

If nothing changes, then yes, at some point, they just won't be able to keep it up (as I said, everything's going to get smaller and smaller and it won't be profitable anymore at a point). However, that's not now just yet so we can definitely enjoy whatever is the next music that's coming. ^_^ (hopefully not Christmas songs -_- )

I do think the end is very near, but I'm OK with that. I know they haven't really depended on sales, but they have been getting top10s very consistently and that allowed them to keep a respectable profile. This airplay issue is very serious, because...it's very hard to overcome, especially in the UK. And we have seen that with the dozens of acts that have broke through and disappeared while The Saturdays were still trying to get a #1. Just look at poor Pixie Lott; it seems like it was yesterday when she was blocking All Fired Up out of the top, and now her latest single hasn't even entered the top100!

I was reading Danity Kane's news and I was thinking how damn lucky we've been as a fanbase to have these girls as our idols. They have gone through very serious problems: Vanessa's issues, Frankie's depression, those THREE pregnancies...and they've been able to make it work, somehow.

I look at other groups (not even all of those that also formed after 2008 and have disbanded already!) and I think we've been just so damn lucky they have released so many albums, seen how they updated their sound time after time and even got a GH with the b-sides.

Agreed - I think I'm starting to get annoyed with the opportunities they've blown - America, this Era, the mess that was Living For The Weekend. Like, when will it stop?
