That clip sounds like a combination of Vanessa and Una to me. Although it could really be any of them. It's too LQ to tell.

I didn't think it was artwork I thought it was for that sheen watch thing.

I get Icona Pop vibes from what we've heard and it really doesn't feel like a pre-chorus. It feels like a chorus and quite average one at that... :S But it's a 15 seconds clip and it's in a very shitty quality, so I won't write it off. I'm sure it will sound much better in HQ.
