Yeah it is the MF format. The winners of duels 1 & 2 and 3 & 4 will then be put against each other respectively and we'll have our qualifiers!

winner duel 3 vs winner duel 4 -> finalen

The difference being MF actually has another voting round whereas this doesn't. Either of the duel winners could still win the second duel in MF, whereas in this only the winner of the group of 4 has a chance as the 2nd duel is worked out immediately. So it seems misleading to present it in a way that makes it seem winning a duel means anything.

 

The format is perfectly fine, but it's functionally 2 groups of 4, so why present it as if it isn't?

How is it though. It literally makes no difference other than making it misleading.
