Such a tough day :( Didn't want to see Serena out but I like Cornet a lot too so it's lovely to see her through to the 4th and I don't know who to cheer for in Lisicki versus Ivanovic.

That's Lisicki through in three sets against Ivanovic and Bouchard has put out Cornet (the one who defeated Serena).

EDIT: Just seen that Madison Keys retired from her match the other day, really disappointed in that, I thought she could go really far.

The Sharapova match has been excellent! Hoping that she manages to win!

It really should have been 4-3 there - Sharapova chucked it away!

5-3 now! C'mon Sharapova. I don't think she will win but 6-3 is much better than 6-2.

Fantastic match between Kerber and Sharapova, I was glad Kerber managed to win after having 7 match points! Lisicki is also through to the quarter finals but she seems to have injured her shoulder so I hope she will be ok.
TBH I'm glad Sharapova is out. Kerber is such a lovely girl and a good player. Sharapova is too arrogant with little respect in my eyes :(
Serena why are you doing so shit this year?????

I think she doesn't concentrate on tennis these days at all. Look at her performances at the Grand Slams where she's always very strong... dismal ...

This is one of the most unpredictable Wimbledons I've ever seen :o I feel like we're gonna have a Kvitova/Halep final but it could easily be Bouchard/Safarova and I don't want to rule out Kerber either :drama:
Whatever outcome, I find it hard to think Simona Halep won't be there, she looks easily the best of all the females in the competition. But... this is the ladies competition, so anything could happen really
Did anyone see the Williams sisters' doubles match? Had to retire 3-0 down in the first set, watching Serena play like that was awful, clearly ill.
Kyrgios is playing incredibly well. Nadal was knocked out by Rosol last year, who went straight out next round, seemed to up his game just for Nadal, but Kyrgios has been playing incredibly through the whole contest. He may be a wildcard but he's a huge threat.
