What were Blackpool 'fans' trying to achieve here:

No excuses that all for that pitch invasion despite everything that has happened to them this season.

In other news-

Fantastic news for Bournemouth winning the Championship. One of the great football stories this from surviving on the last day in League Two to the top tier of football.

Great to see Brentford make the play-offs who will take on Middlesbrough.

The biggest derby for Norwich and Ipswich for the play-off final.

There's no real point in replaying the match. Besides, some players have probably already gone on holiday. I assume they will award the match to Huddersfield 3-0 with a fine and/or points deduction (applied next season) for Blackpool.

No surprises really but Lee Clark has resigned as the manager of Blackpool.

What now for Blackpool?

I can see them going the way of Gretna and falling apart.

Blackpool have been charged by the FA following the pitch invasion which caused the game against Huddersfield to be abandoned.

Elsewhere:

Leeds United has appointed Uwe Rosler as their new head coach on a two-year deal which is their 5th head coach in less than a year.

After Derby Country sacked their manager Steve McClaren it looks likely that Real Madrid assistant manager Paul Clement will be taking over as Derby's head coach.

Im not, hes had 2 seasons of nearly getting there and bottling it, and hes had money and decent players.

Watford could be appointing their fifth manager in a year following contract talks with Slavisa Jokanovic breaking down with Quique Sanchez Flores as their new head coach. Even after Slavisa led Watford back to the Premier League.

I'm shocked that McClaren got sacked tbh.

Two months ago, Leicester looked doomed and Derby were in with a good chance of replacing them. In the decent, Leicester stayed up with a game to spare (and then won that game easily), while Derby didn't even make the play-offs. So, Pearson keeps his job and McClaren loses his.

Sheffield Wednesday have sacked their head coach Stuart Gray after 18 months in charge. He becomes the 4th Championship manager to leave or lose their job after the end of the season.

Closed now as the new fixtures are released tomorrow.

Thank You to all who commented and let's hope next season is as entertaining and unpredictable as this was!
