Would you say you've bought more music since you signed up to streaming, or less?

I've already bought one album since I signed up, just a week ago.

It really is good being able to listen to an album before buying it.

I've already bought more since using Spotify, yes!

I don't see why I would need to buy it, if I can get it free on streaming. It would sound identical after all?

In my case, I don't have a smart phone, or any kind of Pad, so I'd buy it to put on my iPod.

I buy a lot less music now that I use Spotify Premium which means I can sync playlists and listen to them on my iPod

Another question - will the inclusion of streaming in the charts affect how you use streaming?
Where is the best place to find information on streaming and how it effects the charts? Which services are involved? (Spotify, Youtube, etc).
Ever since I got good internet and youtube, much less. The music is the exact same. Why do I need to buy something I can already listen to whenever I want?

AIUI, if you have a paid sub you can t/f the music to your MP3 player somehow (?), which you cannot do with a free sub?

Yeah I think there's now ipod streaming for paid subs?

You can listen to Spotify on your mobile, even with a free subscription.

There's streaming on iPods - and other devices that support a Spotify app - for free users now too, but they come with adverts. Paying subscribers receive their streaming ad-free and allow them to download playlists to their device so you are able to listen to it offline like a normal MP3 player. So for the price of 10 songs from iTunes per month, you have access to offline listening from millions of tracks. That's how I use it and I know Thermo uses it like that too.
