No way is WAYWF #10 in singles. It's at 19 and remember there's still Now Versions hanging around, not to mention streaming.

I find it hard to believe The Sats are at #6 in albums too, they must of sold a fair few tour editions, deluxe versions and taking away compilations they are at #4 plus FKA twigs doesn't seem to be selling well on physicals.

Surely that source can't be correct?!?

I guess we'll find out later. When will we actually find out?
What IS the source? Just that person on Popjustice? I was expecting 9/10/11 for the single, but I don't care about that anyway. If the Greatest Hits album is only 6 in the first mid weeks, that's really quite

Well I saw it here but they just probably got the information from the person on Popjustice

http://www.thesaturdayszone.com/midweeks/?lang=en

I'm taking this with a VERY VERY BIG pinch of salt here :P

WAYWF isn't even in the top 10 most played saturdays song on Spotify yet so I don't know where possibly these extra sales have come from. The EP isn't that high to give them such a big boost and their physical copies tend to sell out over time rather than very quickly

I'm waiting till Mikey posts in the chart thread. I'm not believing any random tweets. If it's true, #10 is good for the single but #6 is bad for the first midweek album - it should've been at least #3 to begin.

Not sure about the midweeks but they may well be correct! I don't think they will have sold as many tour edition albums as we'd have hoped.

I really wish there were signings for the album this week. Even Pixie Lott did them and she managed #15 when the single didn't even achieve top 100!

I think that will be fake, I imagine they will have done ok on albums

She still has a fanbase that's predominantly why, just like The saturdays have a fanbase which will no doubt keep it top 10.

I doubt the midweeks are correct to be honest, mostly because of the #10 position WAYWF is claimed to be in. Hopefully, they are wrong and GH is on a higher position

I thought I'd compile this because some might find it interesting. Previous midweek progress for albums...

I wish we could have another "Headlines!"-type release, where it doesn't drop all week! :(

Doesn't seem to be any actual midweeks today, so we aren't to know if the albums fate is as bad as it's rumored to be .

Martin has confirmed the single is #10 and album is #6.

Pretty shocking for a first midweek. If it were the end of the week I could live with it, but the tour editions, various versions etc. I really was expecting more.

So I'm guessing Ed, Gaslight, Richard and Adam, FKA Twigs and OneRepublic are all ahead of them.

It must be incredibly close, hopefully we're provided with sales at the moment. Neon Jungle were #03 at the midweeks by this point

It's a shame the elusive TV advert hasn't actually been on TV.

If something doesn't improve in the week, it's going to be another embarrassment for them. Flop like an 808 (808).

Opening sales aren't even 2.7k.... Oh my god...

Edited by Joe.

Opening sales are just under 2.7k.

OMG!

Lower than Neon Jungle. LOL at us predicting it could have 15-25k when it wont even pass 10k.

So it's clear then that the tour edition sold next to nothing, so they must've known pre-orders weren't great and the promo has still been next to nothing. :(

How the hell is a new studio album justifiable after this?? It's just not logical.

I don't believe those sales! Maybe the other editions haven't been counted? I would have thought they would of 5k by tuesday :o

OMG!

I've just been sick.

That's atrocious. I couldn't have in my wildest dreams imagined it would be THIS bad for this. HALF of Living For The Weekend's Tuesday sales....

Another flop to add to the shelf. Why did I think this would be different?

I can't deal with this. Did they forget to add the tour sales or what?

It is actually hard to accept or believe isn't it!? Even I feel like something hasn't been included. But I need to just accept it.
