August 22, 201410 yr Okay, I'm back! It was really fun, they were definitely live for the most part, but that can be toyed with with editing for tomorrow so it might not sound live then - , and they did it twice so it should be easy to edit the best bits. The performance went like this: They start off all seated (Queen R in the middle of course) on a ramp hanging from the ceiling (looked scary). And it kicks off with 'Up'. They do the first verse and chorus and then we hear Flo Rida's famous 'Frankie, Mollie, Una Vanessa, Rochelle...' And they go into Higher whilst being ironically lowered to the floor. The dancers (Aaron etc) all unfasten them when they get to the bottom. Then cue fireworks and gymnastic summersaulting people of tumbled (putting the sats' dancers to shame) as 'All Fired Up' kicks off. Then 'Ego' Then of course they end with 'What About Us' and then lots of confetti. Best performance I've seen of them in ages, though I have no idea how it will translate onto tv. I tried not to sing along so I don't get caught on TV amongst loads of excited 12 year old girls looking like an idiot. so I went for a modest clap, even though I wanted to scream for Mollie. YOU SHOULD HAVE YELLED HER NAME LIKE SHE DID WITH BRITNEY JOE I AM SO DISAPPOINTED IN YOU RIGHT NOW
August 22, 201410 yr The Sats' dancers were wearing some hideous gold, sparkly shorts/skirts things, I'm warning you all. Edited August 22, 201410 yr by Joe.
August 22, 201410 yr thanks joe. no moaning you lot! they've literally done their 5 biggest selling singles - which is what 99% of this forum would have wanted! although I'm gutted no Missing you, heart takes over and disco love!
August 22, 201410 yr They also played 808 in some VT but I have no idea it that was just for the audience or the live show tomorrow?
August 22, 201410 yr I'm kinda gutted there is no WAYWF end to the medley :( The performance sounds amazing though and you said they sang live so hopefully they keeping that way Tomorrow. I'm Excited!
August 22, 201410 yr I think they chose the best 5 songs for the time they were given. WAYWF is dead now and they sang the 5 songs that will best sell the album. It was nice seeing a bit of production for one of the performances. First time since Disco Love performances, surely? The Strictly one was so boring and flat because it was so last minute. Of course, as I said, I have no idea what it was translate like on TV tomorrow.
August 22, 201410 yr The 30 Days shade! Exactly :coffee: They also played 808 in some VT but I have no idea it that was just for the audience or the live show tomorrow? What's a VT?
August 23, 201410 yr VT means video tape, a sort of trailer shown before the performance starts. For example The X Factor always introduces a live guest with one. For example:

For example: Oh alright, thanks. http://s27.postimg.org/y9we1eroz/image.jpg Oh my goodness, this is gonna be amazing. So when is this Tumblethingy on ? On what network is it even coming  ?
August 23, 201410 yr Author Great pic, Joe! BBC One I think! I'm also curious as to whether they could have used those songs/this routine as they've been rehearsing them for the tour? Just a thought!
