September 14, 201410 yr Author Lecrae Leads Busy Week for New Album Releases Billboard (September 12th, 2014): "Rapper Lecrae is not only aiming to nab his first No. 1 album on the Billboard 200 next week with Anomaly, but his album could be one of up to eight debuts in the top 10. Industry sources forecast his album to sell around 80,000 copies by the end of the tracking week on Sept. 14. He could finish just ahead of Jhene Aiko's new Souled Out (perhaps 70,000) and Maroon 5's current No. 1, V, with maybe 70,000 as well. Also on tap for top 10 debuts: Ryan Adams' self-titled album (40,000), Lee Brice's I Don't Dance (40,000), Interpol's El Pintor (35,000), Dustin Lynch's Where It's At (30,000), Banks' Goddess (30,000) and Robert Plant's Lullaby and… The Ceaseless Roar (25,000)." http://www.billboard.com/articles/columns/...-anomaly-charts

September 14, 201410 yr No question mark needed as the statement does not need to be answered, nor is it rhetorical. Thank you for your time.
September 14, 201410 yr Ouch at Ariana being pushed out by new releases  if she pushes and has a long-lasting campaign, I can see her just reaching platinum status. Thought it would have more holding power tbh :( Edited September 14, 201410 yr by Neil. S
September 14, 201410 yr Funny to see Ryan Adams and Interpol debuting top 10... feels a bit like I'm in college again, circa 2004. Anyone know how Billboard will deal with the latest U2 album? I think it was automatically downloaded into in every iTunes account holder's playlist. At least it seemed to suddenly appear in mine! :D
September 14, 201410 yr Not a chance will the U2 album chart until it goes on sale properly in October. When it does, it'll likely be their worst seller and lowest peaker by a country mile.
