October 2, 201410 yr She's at such a great point commercially right now. I can see the album going double platinum this year (most definitely in the long-term) if this re-release gives her 'Halcyon Days'-esque Q4 prominence and momentum. The single itself is good, if a little uninteresting. Sounds like a quintessential Paloma song though in that it does a great job of encapsulating her whole artist persona so I'd imagine it'll do well in capitalising on the heightened public interest in her at the moment.
October 2, 201410 yr I like this on first listen, sounds like a big song and I'm sure it'll go top 5.
October 2, 201410 yr Ooh I like this, hope it can be big for her! Can imagine it still coming in at like #20  :(
October 2, 201410 yr Love this! Hope that this can do well for her, fingers crossed she gets an x factor slot! :)
October 3, 201410 yr Lets not bring Halcyon Days comparisons, Ellie is good but Paloma just has an edge! I hate to be pessimistic but I don't see a X-Factor slot; too many former X-Factor contestants releasing albums soon i.e. One Direction, Little Mix, Olly Murs AND Ella Henderson - too much competition for a slot but I'd love her to get that extra dash of exposure y'know
October 3, 201410 yr I'll definitely keep my fingers crossed for an X Factor performance! Would love to see her album sales sky rocket afterwards. Rather liking the new single! It's like a more commercial sounding 'Can't Rely On You'.
October 3, 201410 yr Not really a fan of this, sadly :( Hopefully the other new tracks are better because I was going to add this to my Christmas wish list!

If she gets on there I'll be shocked bad! Then again I don't get how acts like The Wanted got on there? Are they under Simon's label?
October 3, 201410 yr I think this is one of her most radio friendly singles after OLCHLT not that it matters but I think it'll chart well! After Can't Rely On You, paloma has been great in my eyes in the past year or whatever and Its so weird that I've only noticed how great she is this far into her career but either way I hope this does well!
October 3, 201410 yr This! If she gets on there I'll be shocked bad! Then again I don't get how acts like The Wanted got on there? Are they under Simon's label? No, One Direction are though so was surprised The Wanted even got a slot :kink:
October 4, 201410 yr Maybe they just had a good manager... bet The Saturdays regretted dumping her after their first era.
October 6, 201410 yr Maybe they just had a good manager... bet The Saturdays regretted dumping her after their first era. Full version of the song available on Paloma's FB page!
October 6, 201410 yr I really like this, it's a grower. I can see this coming in at number 15. But it really depends on what performances she gets - her performances seem to really help with her sales, as she has great stage presence.. I reckon she'll most likely do Strictly and Graham Norton - but that will be good enough to give her some longevity. Radio 2 and Heart playlisting hopefully. Wonder if Radio 1 will get back on board?
October 16, 201410 yr I'm seriously loving this! I hope it can at least go top 5 for her, but even if it doesn't the album is going to shift lots during this quarter so it doesn't matter.
October 16, 201410 yr This song is rather terrible :o Absolutely fell in love with both 'Only Love Can Hurt Like This' and 'Trouble With My Baby' but this would be a rather dire album track, let alone lead single to a re-release.
October 29, 201410 yr Went to see her last night she's so funny!! Left feeling REALLY underwhelmed though! :( Just in case anyone is going on this tour and doesn't want spoilers. She didn't sing one song from her debut album, she sang 'Picking Up The Pieces' from the second, but that's it. She did a cover of 'River Deep, Mountain High', the rest was just all tracks from the latest album and songs that will be on the repackaged version.
