I was actually expecting Harmonica to make it into the final quite easily this month but unfortunately that isn't the case with 'So Much Love' only taking in 20 points. I'm sure they'll manage a proper qualifier one day. Singerpurear are still on dry streak part II broken down as their parody track 'Pop 101' didn't impress much, taking in 25 points.

Here's a very pleasant surprise - Desbuanda have qualified again! Their second qualifier in all and first since their debut three months ago, 'Graveyard Whistling' is my favourite of their entries to date and I'm very happy to see it making the final. Another fantastic song goes through in semi 2, this time the infectious instrumental 'Plastic Flamingos' from our last-minute voters #00274E, making a second final in a row since their latest comeback.

Well, the unfortunate news of Harmonica DNQing is somewhat made up for by seeing Desbuanda making it. Brilliant and daring entry, glad it's paid off.

Albanian pop usually doesn't do too well for Botanikka, last month provided an exception and I thought this might have qualified as well but alas it's back to the usual DNQs with 'A Po T'Pelqen', which received 27 points. Then there's another sad example of nice not cutting it as Terra Avium's 'U Got All I'm Looking 4' goes out with 29 points. Maybe they should have just sent the real Owl City, it'd be in keeping with the bird theme.
