I agree Callum, it's very instrumental whereas the album version is very I don't know how to put it... sharp. :unsure:

I think that the video version was an edit to make it sound more "poppy", there are fewer bass beats and more sort of accoustic guitars and brass ( :o )

this really is a great song, when the album first leaked and sounded awful, this song stood out like a mile, without a doubt one of the best things she has done as a solo artist, i would rank it as my second favourite beyonce song, behind only Crazy In Love
