I’ve had the most amazing time last night, for my first Robbie concert it was everything I expected and more and is something I will never ever forget.

I’m typing this report to you early in the morning because I am still on such a high and it’s almost impossible to sleep.

We got there for when the gates opened at 2.30, I’ve never seen a queue disappear so bloody quickly, it was really funny to watch, all’s you could hear on the loud speaker was Don’t run! Lol , I of course calmly walked. B)

We decided to sit on the grass slope not far from the bottom, giving us a straight on view of the stage, it paid off because we didn’t have any ones heads in the way and had a great view of everything, we could see Robbie on the stage and the screens really clearly. I was quite upset at the time about it not being held at Wembley but have to say I wasn’t disappointed last night with the venue, it looked like most people would of got a reasonable view even those at the very back of the slope.

It seemed a long wait for anything to happen, the place filled up very quickly, the helicopter flew over twice, everyone went mental thinking it was Robbie’s chopper, including me, I have about 10 pictures on my camera of a blur in the sky because I was so excited it was him. But it didn’t have the RW on the side of it, and someone said, oh that will be the support bands etc.

I managed to meet up with Nicky which was really great, I’m so glad I met her. I’m just amazed that we managed to find each other amongst all those people. We all did the Mexican wave whilst we waited, had quite a laugh with the other Robbie fans.

Chris Cocoa was good, he got the crowd going. Basement Jaxx came on a lot later than I thought, they were ok, liked some of the songs that I recognised, but I don’t think I would go as far as buying their new album. There was no Orson, unless they were on whilst I was queuing up for the loo’s (incidentally Nicky led us into the men’s loo’s! )

Robbie came on stage around 8.30, the start was absolutely brilliant, had been looking forward to that part so much, it seemed to be a lot quicker than what it was when I’d watched it on the internet and Leeds concert but suppose that was just because I enjoyed it so much. It was pitch black so the fireworks were pretty spectacular. Robbie looked amazing and so bloody hot! Rock Dj was fantastic, one of the highlights for me. He sounded so good live, the sound was good and the band didn’t drown his voice like some people reported it did at other concerts.

He made a few comments about it not being Wembley and welcomed the MK crowd instead, can’t remember exactly what he said, but they were funny comments. His dad was in the audience and he dedicated Advertising space to him. There was no doctor story, lol , that’s gotta be a first.

Robbie came down to the crowd, I really can’t remember which song he was singing at the time, but am sure Twinkle will know which one it was very well, because he came down to her and we saw her on the big screens touching him!!!!!! Can’t wait to hear all about that from her. :yahoo: :yahoo:

Johnny came on and I enjoyed watching them messing around on the stage, Robbie won the football. They managed to get these great big pink fluffy gloves each from the audience and they did the staying alive tune wearing them, it was really funny. Strong duet was really good, I sung along to every word

During the show he commented on how much ice creams cost in this country and couldn’t believe that a 99 cornet costs £3.50. When he did LMEY he appeared at the top of the crane holding a cornet with ice cream smeared all over his face. :P

Angels was absolutely brilliant, it was so much more than I expected, I knew it would be good but didn’t realise how good until I experienced hearing it live myself. Robbie looked very emotional during it. There was no encore, which was bit disappointing because I wanted more, so no kids and no she’s the one. Robbie thanked the crowd for being amazing and that we were far better than the night before, I know he always says that. He said that because we were so good, it made him strong to come on and do tonights gig again. That comment made me think about the stress he is under and made me feel a bit sad.

Highlights for me: Rock DJ, Come Undone, Monsoon, Angels, Tripping, Radio, Make me Pure, Back for good, Strong and I know I didn’t like it at first but I absolutely loved rudebox live.

Meeting Nicky :friends: and seeing Twinkle on the screen! :yahoo: :yahoo:

Oh, and I have yet another Robbie t shirt to add to my collection!

Bad points: Trying to get out of the car park for an hour and a half

: Being pushed all over the place when I was trying to find my spot again after visiting the loo, have a massive bruise on my arm now. :(

 Getting a sore bum for sitting on the grass so long before any of the acts came on

Regrets: Not buying more tickets to go again tonight.
