lol, a night out in Eastenders is a trip across the road to the Queen Vic

Kat in a conversation with Tamwar: Even your sister is partying and letting her hair down, not that anyone can see it

I don't think a certain minority will be happy with that line, BBC should expect complaints!

Quite a light hearted episode, loved how the atmosphere dropped dead, when Linda and Mick turned up out of the blue

Richard Blackwood has been casted as a new villain, with his first appearance to feature in one of the first live scenes on anniversary week.

Christian

is returning for the 30th anniversary. http://www.digitalspy.co.uk/soaps/s2/easte...~p1FM3pp1ytcdHt

Looks like there's a "four-hander" episode next Tuesday with just Linda, Mick, Shirley and Dean (and police officers): http://www.bbc.co.uk/programmes/b050bplr

Not at all surprised about that returnee - it's pretty obvious! The Richard Blackwood casting is interesting, it will be interesting to see what role he will play.

I thought today's episode was really well done. Great acting for Kellie Bright, Danny Dyer, Matt D'Angelo and Linda Henry.

I always thought a two-hander between Linda and Shirley would be quite interesting.

I disagree with April unfortunately :(

Great acting for Kellie Bright, Danny Dyer and Linda Henry. Matt D'Angelo was like one of those 'serious roles' you do studying Standard Grade / GCSE drama. I found him incredibly cringe worthy

Yeah he can't really act, it was all a bit embarrassing

Kellie was incredible.

I agree 100% I had to mute all of Matt's scenes as it was just too much

I really hoped Dean would admit what he did if only to Shirley but I guess this does happen in reality where the attacker believes they've done nothing wrong to justify what they did...

Anyway, Kellie was amazing hope she wins the award shes up for tonight at the NTA's

They will be revealing a clue about who killed Lucy on tonight's National TV Awards.

I have a good feeling about the National Tv Awards tonight, i really believe EastEnders will do well tonight. That said, if the Best Serial Drama award is open to voting during the show Coronation Street could gain a lot of votes due to the sad death of Anne Kirkbride and the tribute they air as it will put Coronation Street at the forefront of peoples minds.

The clue to who killed Lucy if aired early in the ceremony could bring in votes for EastEnders but i look forward to what the clue is, it could very well be as simple as showing the cast in attendance and saying the actor/actress who plays the role of Lucys killer is in attendance.
