Lady Gaga drops $24 million on Malibu estate

 

Lady Gaga is a first-time California homeowner ... but she's not starting small. TMZ has learned she just bought a massive $24 million Malibu compound.

Real estate sources tell us ... the house sits on 6 acres. It has the usual for rich people ... lots of bedrooms and bathrooms, his and hers walk-in closets, a pool, gym, wine cellar. But it also has a custom safe room and 2 lane bowling alley, bocce ball court and an 8-horse stable.

The seller was Dan Romanelli, the founder of the Warner Bros. Worldwide Consumer Products Division ... which makes us here at TMZ feel grossly underpaid -- they own us.

The deal was sealed by The Agency, a high-end real estate firm. The guys who made the dough -- Mauricio Umansky (hubby of Kyle Richards) and Santiago Arana.

the queen need to live the lavish life she deserves, the house seems a tad on the conventional side for Gaga's taste tho it's obv she's chose it based on its family-like appeal so she can settle down with Taylor and Asia in da countryside

 

I hope she invites monsters to the house for a party. I wish she'd take me live to the horse stall, I bet even her horse stall costs more than my house :( I can eat the same food as Asia :(

Is she gonna live alone there? It's fabulous and all, but it'd be very lonely :(

House sellers from Marbella have reported to El Mundo (one of the most important newspapers here) that Lady Gaga is looking for a house in Marbella after expending there some free time last week. They haven't talked about price, but she is specially interesded in "La Milla de Oro" (the golden mile), which is the center of the luxury in Marbella. It has the best mansions, with amazing views to the sea. The lowest price you pay there for a house is 4 Million Euros. La Milla de Oro is also the place where she stayed in a hotel with rooms that go from 700€ to 23.500€ / night.
