No, countries that aren't in the contest aren't even allowed to vote let alone required to! That's just saying that everyone who entered this contest must vote in the final even if they failed to qualify or else they will be banned from the next contest.

Doing my final listen through now and it's occurred to me that 'Death Is Not For Us' reminds me of 'O.N.E' by Yeasayer. This is a v good thing.

My votes are delivered. Not a single bad song in this final, ended up with 18 songs I deem point-worthy but the top 10 were a cut above the rest conveniently.

and ugh my top 5/6 are impossible to separate.

Semi 1 was so so much better than Semi 2, only three songs there made my votes in the end, one of the songs missing out was my 8 pointer in the semi! My top 3 were all wonderful discoveries, one of which from a country I've never given that high to before and one that I'm really hoping will win this.

I kept 5 of the songs I voted for from semi 2, but not the 5 highest (that qualified) as 2 songs were big growers.

I don't think I will be able to vote :(...can I personally get 12 hrs extension please. I'm out of apartment till Monday morning and I don't have laptop with me. This was all unplanned and unexpected, otherwise I wouldn't ask. Thanks.

There will be no extensions given, I deliberately made the final voting period longer after the issues with the semi final voting period, so by the time it closes you'll have had more than a week to vote. I am sorry, but this would stand for anyone, bar extremely extenuating circumstances.

Thought the deadline was tonight. Didn't need to squeeze in listening to everything after all.

 

Found it to be a very mediocre final. There were nine songs that I highlighted as 'want to vote for' but even these weren't of as good a standard as normal. Could've done with an injection of Sex O'clock :(
