November 25, 201410 yr I'm pretty sure Nicola was against this single. I don't know if it's hindsight, but Official Charts' Twitter a few months back were doing one of their "overlooked pop gems" things that they're still running, and 'On The Metro' was voted into their shortlist. They tweeted asking if it was a missed opportunity as a single, and Nicola herself responded to it with an emphatic "YES". :P That was in question instead of if it should have been released instead of Something New though. Nicola raved about finding BCYLM herself and how she battled to record it first because she loved it so much Edited November 25, 201410 yr by Joe.

Life Got Cold had a fairly basic yet effective video, quite moody with low-key lighting. I guess the letdown for me and perhaps others that aside from some dramatic hair flicking, not a lot actually happens in this video. Should be a bit higher though imo!

November 26, 201410 yr :lol: Never noticed that error before you pointed it out recently! Yes, the slow-mo "turn around and hair flick" moments are pretty much the best thing about this video. I quite like it overall though, it stands out as being rather different to the majority of their videos. When you think about it, this release was quite a brave choice considering it was released at the height of the summer!
