Staring off on Channel 4 Saturday at 9pm is Jeepers Creepers

so what are your ratings out of 5 for the two films?

I'd say 3/5 for the first one and 1 and a half/5 for the second tbh, ahah.

 

The first one had a good thing going until the Creeper thing turned round and you found out it was some kind of random alien thing.

I've not seen them.

One first view when i watched the first one i liked it and was also sh1ttin myself for some reason :lol: when i watched the second i was like whaaat cause its c**p

I remember watching the first one the night before I went to Center Parcs, and for some reason it scared me $h!tless as well. :( :lol: Its an ok film. The cat and mouse thing with the creeper chasing the two kids is good, but I still feel for that poor woman with the cats. :(

 

The second one is awful. When watching it I had no idea who was a main charchter and who wasn't apart from the farmer. It starts off with over 30 kids and then when they get split up it doesn't mention 6/8's of them ever again. -_-

well it was said that the director Victor Salva just wanted to get as many topless lads in the film as he could

Both films are really over-rated to be honest. There is literally nothing new...

 

The first had the potential to be interesting, but it just turned into the usual cliched monster rubbish....

I havent seen the 2nd film. The first one started off really well but went down hill about half way through. I'd give it 3/5.

Yeah, I'd echo that, about half of the film was pretty good really, it built up a good atmosphere and a bit of tension, then it just went all to hell in the last half hour or so and it just turned into a silly monster film with some rather ropey CGI.....

 

I feel like one of the few who actually prefer the second one

 

Both are solid horror movies, but the 1st one takes alot longer to get into and when you've seen it more than twice it wears on you

 

No.02 had alot more going on and generally better imo

I know what you mean. The bits were the creeper in the air looked so fake and you could tell it was just all edited in. The bit were that jock gets killed by the creeper though, when he gets his arm stuck to the tree and then the pull it out. hat bit gets me every time. I feel sorry sorry for that guy. :( I still wonder though what happened to the 10 or so other people that ran off when the creeper appeared.

There was about 10 of them that were on the bus, then running through the fields about an extra 10, stupid extras!

The guy was a baddie though, the racist one, serves him right really :(

 

And yeah the effects were deff naff, the sky bit was nasty, and so was the look of the beast and even those noises when he was being repeatedly stabbed

 

Don't understand why he's waiting for the thing to wake up though :huh:

The poor farmer and his son are really up for it if they make a third one. :( I mean they know they can't kill it yet they stay and wait for it to wake up?. :huh: Idiots I tell you. :(

The first one is by far the better one. It was a lot more scary for a start and him driving that truck was better than flying around haunting a bus when he could kill them all within a minute.
