She will be a HUGE contender for 'Album of the Year' considering it's one of the biggest selling albums of the year and is really unique with its video concept.

I think so too. I can imagine her winning tbh.

What's the difference between 'R&B performance' and 'R&B song'? :huh: Bizarre that "Drunk in Love" is nominated for those but not 'rap/sung collaboration', hopefully she'll win them anyway (and 'album of the year' but I'm hoping that's a given).

She'll be performing "Take My Hand Precious Lord" and then "Glory" with John Legend and Common. Both songs are on the 'Selma' soundtrack.

Can't wait for the performance! I'm sure she'll win at least one (and hopefully all) of the awards but regardless she should be the second most-decorated female artist in Grammy Award history after tonight (behind Alison Krauss).

I really hope she wins the Album of the Year award!

Beyonce won 3 Grammy Awards last night: Best R&B Song, Best R&B Performance and Best Surround Sound Album.

3/6 awards is not bad at all! Really quite shocked that she didn't win 'Album Of The Year' but her album getting some kind of recognition is still good!

Absolutely gobsmacked that Beyoncé didn't win Album of the Year (or even Best Urban Contemporary Album)! I'm glad that she still got 3/6 awards though, I looked at Best Surround Sound Album and thought it was hilarious that she was nominated in that category but good on her label for putting her in for it :lol:

 

"Drunk in Love"'s wins almost make up for the Album losses but I would have loved her to equal her own record from the 2010 ceremony.

On a more serious not though I don't think Beck deserves the hate he's getting from some fans. It's his first Grammy win and it's a shame that he met a lot more of negativity than praise and furthermore it's not really representing Beyonce fans very well either.
