Okay this is where it gets crazy - No it isn't! :o I just convert all my plays into units to emulate sales and it just sounded v~fancy so I used it :kink: And it is also Baby Doll approved. Little Mix: Move – 112,747 Units (+ 393,754) (01-06-02-03-10-13-10-06-14-23-23-25-OUT) (13 weeks) SILVER http://ecx.images-amazon.com/images/I/51XQeHQksUL._SS280.jpg 98. Ellie Goulding: Beating Heart – 111,741 Units (12-11-07-28-33-34-OUT) (6 weeks) http://ecx.images-amazon.com/images/I/41RtMr1%20B0L._SS280.jpg 99. Lana Del Rey: West Coast – 101,937 Units (14-04-06-OUT) (3 weeks) http://ecx.images-amazon.com/images/I/51Z0sx6iLQL._SS280.jpg 100. Foxes: Shaking Heads – 100,835 Units (06-17-22-27-34-29-31-OUT) (7 weeks) So starting of my EOY this year is an album entry by Foxes with 'Shaking Heads'. Along with one of the most stunning albums of the year, Shaking Heads in particular was, although weak, an incredible conclusion to the album. I found it a bit odd when I first listened to it but afterwards I fell in love with it and so glad it passed 100k on my chart :cheer: Moving on, West coast had a weird chart run, peaking at #4, having a small drop to #6 the following week before dropping straight out of the charts. This was due to Shades of Cool charting the next week which was one of the biggest hits of the year in 'Patvia' which we will see later on in my wrap-up. 'Happy' and 'Move' were two songs which charted over the course of 2013 and 2014 hence we see a split in sales. Move has accumulated 400k in total (gold) but 112 k this year whilst Happy is on a nice 340k in total. Wrapping up this bottom end of the chart is The Vamps' 'Somebody to You' which was an ok song but lacked in a spark that I had with Last Night and Can we Dance. On the bright side, they got their third top 10 hit. Lana Del Rey dominates this end of the top 100 and the best bit is that the majority of them are all album tracks, yet they've been able to have nice success in my chart! Del Rey is by far one of the highlight artists this year and Ultraviolence definitely converted me into a fan. Edited December 11, 201410 yr by NellyXmas. S
December 11, 201410 yr That 93-97 and 99 are all 11/10 songs  The foxes album track is great, beating heart is pretty good (though the movie is terrible but the book is amazing), somebody to you is the vamps best single and amazing and I love happy despite it spending 500 weeks in the top 40. Hard out here is the best song from last year and move is stunning and one of the best ever risks. Can't rely on you is stunning and another fantastic Paloma lead single while Brooklyn baby is an amazing Lana album track. Young and beautiful is absolutely stunning though big eyes has overtaken it for me in terms of Lana movie soundtrack songs and west coast is easily one of the best songs of the last few years, there is something simply about it that is just absolutely stunning  Amazing section Nelly and can't wait for the rest

While y'all wait for #90-81, here are Patvia's fastest-selling singles (in a week) this year: 1. http://ecx.images-amazon.com/images/I/61MIApGG-7L._SS280.jpgThe Saturdays: What Are You Waiting For?– 404,396 Units What Are You Waiting for takes #1, although very generic, I remember playling it non-stop that week. December 13, 201410 yr I have to admit that 2014 is not one of my favourite music years. Surely, I heard a lot of good songs but only a few of them are great. I didn't feel so excited with the majority of the hits. However, I will follow your list because I'm sure that we have common taste (based on your comments in uk music chart forum). 100. I just heard it because you have it on your list. Very nice song. The verses and the music remind me of 90's. Thanks for this! I will put it on my youtube list. 99. "West Coast" is definitely one of my favourite songs this year. I listened to it many times. It should be a big hit for her. 98. I love "Beating Heart" and it was a great choice for soundtrack. "Divergent" is one of my favourite action films this year. I'd recommend you watch it. 97. Very catchy song although they are not one of my favourite girl groups. I feel that they couldn't beat "Girls Aloud" and 'Sugababes" even if they released their best single. 96. This is one the most addictive songs in the last years. It's very funny and I always laugh when I listen to it. 95. It's quite catchy but it's not one of her best singles. 94. She should release it as single. Her management team did an awful job about her promotion. 93. Decent song but the movie was full of cliches. 92. I like this song but it's so overplayed. 91. This is one of my favourite songs this year. I love Demi and her vocals are sweet here. The Vamps have released good/ok songs so far. However, I haven't heard their last single yet (Cecilia..). Very nice choices so far..

:hi: Insomnio, you okay? Shame that you haven't liked 2014 in terms of music :( But yeah I agree, we do tend to agree on a lot of music ^_^ 100. Glad you listened to the song! It's very nice and calming I think which is what made me listen to it a lot when I bought the album! 99. Definitely a grower for me (as you can see by its chart run!). One of my favorite albums (Ultraviolence) this year! 98. I need to see Divergent sometime! I've heard it's very good. 97. I don't really like Little Mix tbh :kink: They started off nicely on X-factor but they don't seem to have the chemistry (in terms of friendship) with each other and they don't have anything which makes them stand out. So I agree basically :P 96. It's amazing! I remember listening to it and over and over again! Shame it didn't do so hot :( 95. It's nice but yeah I prefer some of her older singles (And OLCHLT obv). 94. I think it could've definitely have done well as a single! I am quite sad that the campaign has ended to prematurely as I'm sure she could'v pushed for Platinum with the album :/ 93. I don't intend to watch the movie tbh, not my cup of tea  The music is fab though 92. I think I only listened to it when it wasn't the 'popular' song it is now, I can't stand it now :D 91. Cecilia is a bit meh, not as good as 'Somebody to You' I'm afraid but hopefully they will score with their next single ^_^ Thanks for commenting! #90-81 http://ecx.images-amazon.com/images/I/51ZX5CANM9L._SS280.jpg 81. Salute – 120,383 Units (02-09-17-OUT) (3 weeks) Overview AT #90 we see Little Mix again with their hit single 'Salute'. The single was a bit meh to be, especially because I hate women-empowerment songs (they're a bit overdone sorry :/). Nevertheless, it managed to get to #2 before only spending 3 weeks in the top 40. Ugly Heart was a bit of a dissapointment, I loved it at first but as you can see, it wore off very quickly. Nevertheless, a score over 100k is still v~good. Unfortunately, Into the Blue was charting when I wasn't playing songs a whole that much. With an incredible chart run that would've made 300k, it only just passed dance-anthem 'Resonance'.
December 13, 201410 yr Salute is great, ugly heart is probably the best girlband song this year for me and right here is stunning. Another great section Nelly  Also I would suggest to watch The Great Gatsby as it is amazing. Divergent is one of my favourite books of all time but the film was really disappointing for me, they changed so many vital parts of the book :( Edited December 13, 201410 yr by Ultraviolence1989

Royal Blood: Royal Blood – 377,791 Units | N/a First week sales: 63,852 Peak: #5 Chart Run: 05-05-06-09-10-26-20-21-22-30-59-OUT http://www.spiritlive.net/wp-content/uploads/2014/10/Tove_Lo_-_Queen_of_the_Clouds.png24. Tove Lo: Queen of the Clouds - 383,112 Units | N/a First Week Sales: 255,408 Peak: #3 Chart Run: 03-10-36-69-OUT Starting the top 25 is Royal Blood. AN amazing album, Royal Blood had a quiet opening week, raking in just 63,00 in its debut week, logging the worst first week for an album this year. However, it managed to hold up extremely well and edged the top 25. Raking over 377,000 units, Royal Blood is coming close to a GOLD certification, but will it make it? The highlights of the album have to be 'Ten Tonne Skeleton', 'Out of the Black' and 'Figure it Out'. After much hype with a hugely successful EP, Tove enters the EOY chart at #24. Queen of the Clouds was somewhat a disappointment after what was a masterpiece of an EP. Except for the marvelous-ness of 'Not on Drugs' and 'Stay High', everything else seemed slightly underwhelming and this has reflected overall sales in Patvia. Taking in a huge 255,000 units in its first week and becoming the tenth fastest-selling album of all-time, Tove's album also logged in for the biggest drop from the top 3.
