December 13, 201410 yr Royal bloods album is great and figure it out is the standout track for me
December 13, 201410 yr HAPPY??!?!? HAPPY!?!?!??!? HAPPY?!?!?! I THOUGHT YOU HAD TASTE, god by far the worst song I've ever heard in my life... Young and Beautiful really sparked my new love for Lana Del Rey, such a beautiful chorus. Still one of her best for me. Grown Woman is excellent, really wish we got it in audio format. The video is v clever too. Anywhere For You was a huge slower burner for me, I remember it felt like it was between 40-50 in my chart for ages but never higher. A very nice track actually, he has a nice dance tune voice so hoping for more from him. Royal Blood's album is obv fantastic, one of my favourite rock albums of all time. Hoping they have an equally huge second era because I'd like them to be the new Foo Fighters or somethin'.
December 13, 201410 yr Author Royal bloods album is great and figure it out is the standout track for me  Same! Glad you liked it ^_^ It took me a while to get into but when I did, i=I was just mindblown. What a gem   HAPPY??!?!? HAPPY!?!?!??!? HAPPY?!?!?! In my defense, I had no taste in music a year ago  Then I heard Beyonce (the album) and my life changed *_* Grown woman is so soo good :music: Shame as all my plays are from the video. I hope we do get an audio soon! Her entire album is stunning! So much that it's competing for #1 on my EOY album and is almost #1 in my All-time album chart! Just stunning. Anywhere For You was a 'nice' song. I don't think it was ever huge or a flop for me. It was just kinda there :kink: Royal Blood's album was a bit meh for me to start with but it grew on me monumentally! I adore it now and I agree that they're next album should do just as well. Fingers crossed they become big Edited December 13, 201410 yr by NellyXmas. S
December 14, 201410 yr I'm fine, you? 90 I really like "Salute". I would say that their way of singing was great into this song. 89 I don't like this song. It's a little bit repetitive and the chorus is not great. 88 One of the most catchy songs of the year! I feel sory about their loss. This woman had so energy in the videoclip. 87 I liked her new single. I listened to it many times when I was at my home. However, her album wasn't great. She should stop reacting like a teenager. I can excuse her for one reason. She is a "gemini". :P 86 Decent ballad. Her "Wildest Moments" was a big hit in my country last year. I feel that she is very overrated by her fans but she is very underrated by the audience. She should be somewhere in the middle in my opinion. 85 I like this song and I think that she has very unique vocals. If I listened one of her new songs, I would recognise her voice. 84 I wouldn't say that I love Clean Bandit. Its a nice band but I think that they are overrated here. I still remember my reactions when I saw the comments about "Rather Be" in The Buzzjack Sunday Chart Thread". 83 It's listenable but nothing special. Calvin Harris is so hit or miss for me. 82 This is one of my favourite songs this year! I thought that it would be a big hit for him. However, I feel that the verses are much better than the chorus. The latter sounds a bit generic. 81 I love the majority of their singles. This is one of them. The powerful chorus makes it more exciting. It should be a Top 10 hit for them. The videoclip looked cheap though. I would expect a video like this from a local girlband of my country.

I feel like the whole women-independence thing is being overdone slightly now :kink: 89. Resonance was a song that I just began to get into by casual listening rather than the fact that one of The Saturdays' husbands produced this :P It did get old a little soon though. 88. Ugly Heart was SO good when I first heard it  Shame that she died, she seemed very down-to-earth :/ I really do hope that G.R.L continue! 87. Kylie has had an amazing run with Parlophone but this album was a little of a mess. I remember thinking exactly that. She should've had a more mature album. She overused on the term 'sex' so much that it became so cringey :puke: 'Les Sex', 'Sexercise', 'Sexy Love'. I thought she was having a joke when I saw these titles  86. It's a shame you think that Insomnio! :( I really like her! I think she gains a lot of appreciation because she offers something a little different to commercial music. 85. Right Here is nice! I could probably recognise her voice in anything that she does - v~distinctive. 84. I didn't get the Clean Bandit hype either tbh but when I bought their album I fell in love  Come Over is probably my favorite songs by them! Not a huge fan on 'Rather Be' anymore because it's so overplayed on radios :nocheer: 83. I agree with that. I don't like 'Blame' but I do like this and his new song with Ellie Goulding. Summer is not bad either! I need your love is horrific though. 82. It looked like it was going to do well until it stalled at around #200 on pre-orders when it was rapidly climbing before :/ Quite underrated I think. 81. I love this single :music: It's a bit of a shame it's this low but that's only because its plays are distributed over this year and last year  The video is a mess in terms of choreography but I do appreciate the different take on it. Thanks for commenting Insomnio ;) #80-71 http://ecx.images-amazon.com/images/I/51HB2QreEJL._SS280.jpg 71. Pixie Lott: Lay Me Down– 138,346 Units (02-16-16-22-OUT) (4 weeks)  My opinions + chart analysis: At #80 we see the glorious-flop Pixie Flop who's 'Lay Me Down' manages to take #80 on Patvia's EOY chart. Pixie's rabid fanbase in Patvia managed to help her rake in a whopping 80k in its first week. However it quickly dived out of the charts with a disappointing 140k. NWD Pixie. I loved this song by the Vamps. Amazing! Last Night marks the best-selling single by the Vamps to date here. Boom Clap was a bit meh for me at first and I don't think it really ever changed for me in that notion. Still, top 20 is no easy feat! Tinashe, or Slaynashe ended up raking in a huge 150k with 2 On in one week at #1! Not only did this allow her to soar into the EOY top 100, but 2 on also become the tenth fastest selling song of the year! What an amazing song this is! Very urban and swag but the chorus is so damn catchy! I don't like SchoolQBasil's rapping tho, too inappropriate for me :manson:. At #71 comes poor, under-appreciated 'Still' by Katy B, her third single from her hit album 'Little Red'. Still obviously didn't emulate the success for 'Crying For No Reason' but was a hit in the fact that it only peaked at #8. I genuinely regarded this as beautiful and one of Katy B's better singles. Such a sham ethis didn't even dent the UK charts. Edited December 14, 201410 yr by NellyXmas. S
December 14, 201410 yr O a mixed bunch. Really happy to see 'Boom Clap' and 'Still' here but ABSOLUTELY DISTRAUGHT that '2 On' is so low. I feel like i don't know you anymore. It's like losing LetGo4Tonite when ha became Neil. S. Who am ya? :manson: "I don't like SchoolQBasil's rapping tho, too inappropriate for me" REPENT YOU SILLY BEAN. That's the most ICONIQUE part. :banghead:  :/ goodfloppingbye. Fair enough it had one week in ha chart but WHY!?  Nice chart ^_^ x
December 14, 201410 yr Lay me down is stunning. It so did not deserve to flop :( Anymore Pixie songs to come? Boom clap is one of the best songs from a movie this year, I don't care is great and if I go is stunning, I still don't get why that flopped also :(

And SchoolQBasil's part was ABSURD! He's the real silly bean -_- , he made a good song DIRTY  DIRTY I TELL YOU. December 14, 201410 yr No.80 I really like this flop. I don't know what happened to her..She could be a big popstar. She is gorgeous, she has style and she has nice songs. "Lay Me Down" didn't deserve this bad luck..Unfair world! No.79 I like "Last Night" although I reagard it as my least favourite of their singles. It shouldn't be a Top 3 hit in my opinion. Everybody has already forgotten it.. Ok, there are some exceptions.. :kink: No.78 The Script is definitely one of my favourite bands!! They have very good songs and the voice of the frontman is amazing. I'm glad for their success. I wish my country had a band like them. No.77 Love Love Love Clap! If I made a list like yours, I would have it in my Top 10! For a long time I believed that Charlie XCX copied Marina and The Diamonds but I changed my mind about her. Did you watch "The Fault In Our Stars"? It's my favourite movie of the year. The story is very emotional and it's full of social messages. Shalene Woodley was just perfect.. No.76 I really appreaciate Ed Sheeran and I regard him as one of the most likeable artists in the last years. He seems a nice guy. I like "Sing" but it's not one of my favourite songs by him. The chorus is very catchy though. Sing! Oh-oh-oh-oh-oh-oh-oh-oh-oh-oh-oh-oh-oh No.75 I don't know this woman. She looks like a Brandy's wannabe based on her photo/cover.. :P I like R'n'B but this song is not something special. However, if she releases a better song than it, I will change my opinion about her. No.74 It has one of the most catchy rhythms! I love Cheryl, I love the song and I love the videoclip. It's not the definition of quality but it always makes my day.. No.73 This should be the soundrack of "Ouija".. :P I just listened to it because I saw it here. However, I think that "Shaking Heads" is better than it. No.72 One of the most underrated singles this year! The chorus is so addictive! It should be a Top 10 for her. Cruel world! No.71 Nice song. I believe that she had an improvement with her last album. The latter two singles have beautiful harmonies. Very good choices so far!!

I blame Radio One tbh, there was no reaso nto stop supporting her but they did. I really want her to get success again in the future but it doesn't seem probable :( 79. Haha , I see what you mean, I don't know why but I just really liked it compared to their other singles. 'Somebody to You' was great but I didn't like it as much as this! 78. The Script do produce v~good songs. 77. Boom Clap took a while to grow on me. Maybe not my favorite song but it is very good. Unfortunately, I don't really like Charlie XCX as an artist I'm afraid :( Her and Marina did a collab a while back. Have you heard it? It's quite good! 76. His personality is really compatible with a lot of people which is probably why he has such a loyal fanbase. Plus I heard he's close friends with/had a crush on Pixie :o :kink: 75. Shame you don't like Tinashe :/ Don't let Bal hear you, he'll freak out! 74. Definitely a feel-good song I agree! 73. I don't think Foxes should do anything with that film! I really didn't enjoy it (and I get scared easily). BUT that may just be me not paying enough attention as I remember getting distracted by things such as my phone and iPad  Glad you heard it! It's not as nice as 'Shaking Heads' but it was a grower which is why it did slightly better in my chart ^_^ 72. If I Go is so good :music: It's a shame that there's been no hype to back Ella up even though she was tipped off to become big. 71. I hated Katy B in her first era. She's definitely matured in her second, enough that I really do enjoy her music. Still was incredibly under-rated, how it couldn't even manage op 100, I don't even know :/ Top 25 best-selling albums in Patvia (continued) http://ecx.images-amazon.com/images/I/61VfwMvCmnL._SS280.jpg 23. The album flopped here in Patvia, raking in a low 70k in its first week and dropping off with only 90k in its pocket. Nevertheless, the release of 'Come Over' changed everything, allowing it to re-peak at #10 and taking in almost 500k, almost certifying a gold (in other words it grew on me a lot after ). New Eyes sounded quite under-whelming at first, and I thought it was just some techno-rubbish at first (sorry Clean Bandit lovers *COUGH* Dan *COUGH*) but it actually grew on me loads and I think it is solid! My highlights would be 'Mozart's House', 'Dust Clears' and 'Come Over'. Goddess was definitely an album I didn't think I'd be listening to but I found myself jamming to it constantly :music:. in particular, 'This is what it feels like' which is by far the best indie song of the year for me! Goddess, although low on first-week sales, managed to hold up extremely well and has soared past a GOLD certification, not common for an indie artist in Patvia :o Edited December 15, 201410 yr by NellyXmas. Beyonce: Drunk in Love –164,951 Units (11-08-15-11-24-18-24-29-OUT) (8 weeks) Commentary: Foxes is utterly killing it this year with a THIRD entry in my EOY, Night Owls Early Birds is perhaps her strongest non-single from her album. I remember my friend listening to it and loving it even though he can't even stand her and this has clearly reflected sales here in Patvia. I quite liked Drunk in Love actually but I have to admit it took a while for it to grow on me. Birthday  What a gem from Katy Perry again, she never fails to produce good songs although I didn't quite understand the video for 'Birthday' as such . Guts Over Fear was unfortunately released here during very low sales and although managing to remain in the top 10 for five weeks, it still couldn't take in a silver certification. NWD Publicans of Patvia :mansoncheer:. I was only here for G.R.L than Pitbull with Wild Wild Love, they sound amazing here :music: and it managed to even get to number one in its debut week, scoring Pit bull a second number one :cheer: and third single to score over 100k in its first week. Unfortunately, Wild Wild Love also manages to have the biggest from number one of all-time (01-14) :manson:. Summer and Tough Love, I really liked but they kinda grew off of me quite quickly. I love Jessie Ware but I think the rest of her album is so much stronger than this. Beyonce manages to chart again with an album-track called Jealous after managing to perform it on Patvia's X-Factor a while back, managing to win the audience over, Jealous flew into the top 10 at '8 and peaked at #6/ I really like Jealous and it's definitely an under-rated gem on her album. Charli XCX: Boom Clap – 145,372 Units (14-18-16-22-OUT) (4 weeks) 79. The Vamps: Last Night – 140,382 Units (08-12-17-22-21-OUT) (5 weeks) Fantastic stuff z
December 16, 201410 yr If I Go  She better get her breakthrough next year, why is she not so big? Very excited for her album though, her vocals are stunning. Sing took so long for me to get but I love it now, wasn't keen on the falsetto at first but he really is such an all-rounder. Worthy of all the success he is receiving at the moment. Yay another Birthday lover, such a good pop tune from her. Maybe in her top 5/6 singles from her now. And to think I hated it at first, video was a bit crap though..
December 17, 201410 yr No.70 This is one of my favourite R'n'B songs ever!!! It has great production and Beyonce's rap is totally awesome. Especially this part "get my brain right Armand de brignac, gangster wife Louie sheets, he sweat it out like wash rags he wear it out". If I made a list like yours, I would have it in my Top 15! No.69 I really like "Birthday" and the videoclip is so funny. It always makes my day. If Katy had a great - live - voice, she would have the whole package for me. No.68 I wouldn't say that I like this song but it's not bad though. I believe that they should sing a better song than it. No.67 Foxes is one of the most interesting artists in U.k! This song is a decent album filler. No.66 I like "Waves" but I don't think that it sounds great in a city. I guess that it would sound perfect if I listened to it in a Greek island.. -_- No.65 Hilary Duff is a likeable artist but this song sound so bland. It's quite weak as first single. No.64 Nice collaboration but the girls remind me of "Pussycatt Dolls". They sound exactly the same. No.63 I think that Calvin Harris is so overrated in U.k. Of course, he has talent but the majority of his songs sound the same. Only a few of them deserved to be successful like "We Found Love". No.62 One of her best songs. Sentimental performance. No.61 I didn't know this song. I think that she is a talented singer but I don't like her when she tries to be so provocative. She needn't act like this when she has a great voice. "Jealous" is not something special. I hope you will have "XO" in your Top 10.. ^_^ No.60 This is a powerful song. I love its music before the first verse begins.
December 17, 201410 yr Author Both those albums are very good and drunk in love is also great  I'm glad you've enjoyed both of them Ultra  Yeah Drunk in Love is definitely good! 60. Duke Dumont: Won’t Look Back – 191,556 Units (06-04-09-16-23-22-26-) (7 weeks) Fantastic! I love the bass on this! 62. Jessie Ware: Tough Love – 186,235 Units (03-14-14-24-07-15-27-) (7 weeks) Jessie Ware has been exceptional this year! 63. Calvin Harris: Summer – 186,235 Units (04-02-08-15-32-31-OUT) (7 weeks) 64. Pitbull: Wild Wild Love ft. G.R.L – 186,235 Units (01-14-21-22-18-31-25-21-OUT) (8 weeks) 65. Hilary Duff: Chasing The Sun – 186,235 Units (06-03-03-16-28-OUT) (5 weeks) Love It! 66. Mr Probz: Waves – 186,235 Units (01-11-07-11-19-16-OUT) (6 weeks) 68. Eminem: Guts Over Fear ft. Sia – 175,593 Units (04-06-05-06-08-30-OUT) (6 weeks) 69. Katy Perry: Birthday – 170,272 Units (04-13-12-08-14-28-20-OUT) (7 weeks) 71. The Vamps: Last Night – 140,382 Units (08-12-17-22-21-OUT) (5 weeks) Fantastic stuff z Hiya James ^_^ Duke Dumont tends to have very good beatz in his songs :music: v~catchy. Jessie Ware has been producing amazing and quality music this year, I thought it would be a bit lackluster listening to the previews but I am very glad I was proved wrong in the end   If I Go  She better get her breakthrough next year, why is she not so big? Very excited for her album though, her vocals are stunning. Sing took so long for me to get but I love it now, wasn't keen on the falsetto at first but he really is such an all-rounder. And to think I hated it at first, video was a bit crap though.. I can't believe she didn't get a breakthrough this year :( It's such a shame because she's really talented! Fingers crossed for 2015! I was like wtf when I first heard 'Sing' too but it definitely grows with you in time! One of Ed's better (and distinguishable) songs imo  Birthday is very under-appreciated, yeah it's not as 'catchy' as her other materials but when it grows on you it does! So in that sense I'm really glad someone else loves Birthday as much as me ^_^ The video is a bit weird but it's not her worst I guess? I hate long music videos  No.70 This is one of my favourite R'n'B songs ever!!! It has great production and Beyonce's rap is totally awesome. I'm so glad you like this song Insomnio! Have you listened to the album? Almost everything is amazing (bar a few slow ballads) 69. It's so strange, her voice sounds very strong when you listen to her on radios but live she's not too good. Either way, she's multi-talented  68. Guts Over Fear was a bit of a slow-burner for me. I neither liked it a lot neither disliked it intently. I did like Eminem's rapping and Sia but I feel like the song is a 'tad' bit too long. 67. I'm glad you think so  She's vastly under-rated here I think. 66. Waves feels like such an airways' song or something you would hear in like Miami  Either way it's actually very pleasant to listen to when I'm depressed at being stuck in my house when it's raining. 65. I think this is very 2006 Hilary Duff so definitely not much of a growth as an artist but I think it's a very fun song <3 64. I think I prefer G.R.L than Pussycat dolls at the moment, just because they all actually get to sing :P They do have PCD aspects though. 63. I'm on-and-off with Calvin like I've said, Summer was extremely good when I heard it but after a while, UK radio completely obliterates the song and I just lose my interests. I really do hate it when that happens. 62. It's a nice lead-in to her album, I think as a whole her new album is very solid. 61. It's a big shame you don't like Jealous. I think that so many people step over this song and it's greatness only just reached me when I listened to it in the summer. Clearly a marmite song o the album for most people so I do understand why a lot of people dislike the song  Although some of the lyrics do make me go, what? 60. Who doesn't love a bit of Duke Dumont :music:  Boom Clap, 2 On Waaaay too low :( :hi: Joe, you alright? I feel like I'm the only one who didn't *love* Boom Clap  2 On only just hit me though and it's so good :music:, if only I had heard it a bit before, it would've been much MUCH higher :(Â
December 17, 201410 yr Author Top 25 best-selling albums in Patvia (continued) http://ecx.images-amazon.com/images/I/61xFbx6MSLL._SS280.jpg 21. Kylie Minogue: Kiss Me Once – 558,705 | Peak: #1 First Week Sales: 266,050 Chart Run: 01-01-07-23-54-OUT http://ecx.images-amazon.com/images/I/41zqNgnCASL._SS280.jpg 20. Arctic Monkeys: AM – 569,347 | Peak: #9 First Week Sales: 30,594 Chart Run: 09-11-14-18-25-31-30-31-29-20-11-19- At number 21, we see Kylie Minogue with her recent effort 'Kiss Me Once'. Although a seemingly solid pop album at first, I do have to admit that it wore off after the first couple of weeks quite quickly. I still think there are gems such as 'Sexcerise', 'Les Sex', and 'Million Miles'. I still get irked by the titles of the tracks as it's quite clear Kylie went on a little over-drive with the word 'Sex' using it in at least three songs. Kylie has developed very loyal fans over the years here in Patvia so it's no surprise that she ended up debuting with such strong sales over the Easter weekend. At least it went Gold though ^_^ AM was the last album I'd ever think I'd buy but I did after a sale at HMV and boy was it a good choice. I loved virtually every track on AM from the iconic 'Do I Wanna Know' to the album track of 'No 1 Party Anthem'. Every song is a solid 8/10 or more and this has reflected back on sales. At the rate at which this is selling in Patvia, AM could possibly even go Platinum next year (I should've explained this before, Patvia is my country in BJSC )
December 17, 201410 yr O LetGo4Tonight :nono: Drunk in Love and Tough Love TOO LOW!!!1 again don't make me have another meltdown    But YAY for 'Goddess' making an appearance in the album chart :cheer: What a wonderful album it is. Plays SchoolKingQ's rap to make up for ha mess :music: B-)
December 17, 201410 yr AM was a fantastic album and really returned them to form after the two previous subpar albums, really happy they returned in such a great way. Snap Out of It is my fave thing from this era :funky:
