Posted December 24, 201410 yr Scott Mills just played The Power Of Love and lackey asked what the Hooded Claw is... He was the fab baddie from The Perils Of Penelope Pitstop, a Wacky Races spin-off animation series, played by the uber-camp Paul Lynde, staple of USA 60's and 70's variety shows and most-famous for being practical joker warlock Uncle Arthur in Bewitched. Not a lot of people know that. Any other examples or questions with outdated pop-culture refs post here...
December 24, 201410 yr Not so much pop-culture but the opening line "I'm in the phone booth, it's the one across the hall" might not make much sense to a lot of people.
December 28, 201410 yr Mousse T's 'Horny' - "I sent a message through the internet but it rejected" sounds about a hundred years old now, as does Eminem shockingly stating two years later "I should download the audio on mp3!" in The Real Slim Shady. In a couple of decades they'll probably be playing 'Selfie' by The Chainsmokers in history lessons.
