I really like Counting Stars, and I'm pleased it's done well this year.
Overplay has ruined any enjoyment I get out of Counting Stars anymore.

44. OneRepublic - Counting Stars

Chart Run: (43-30-20-17-13-2-4-3-1-3-1-3-5-6-11-12-16-17-19-22-10)-10-13-14-17-24-23-26-34-36-32-30-22-19-30-42-44-45-50-51-58-49-50-53-57-59-70-61-50-43-42-54-51-51-62-63-63-66-74-X-59-X-68-X-70 (62 weeks)

One of their best!

Counting Stars missing the top 40 :D hopefully this is the last I ever hear of it

Well it's currently top 40 on iTunes so it could possibly be back in the top 40 this week :kink: Although at this stage streaming is probably working against it so maybe not.

I actually still enjoy this song, oddly as I haven't been able to really get into any of their other singles since 'Stop And Stare'.

That was very unprofessional. I don't care if the news was coming up. She should have replayed the song since it's part of the job. Anyway quite glad songs from last year are dropping out quick despite liking some of them.

Now they're playing a cover that's not even in the chart! :D

Who even is this? And why couldn't Ellie just get a full play with her great song if there is time for this?

And this has just reminded me we have blame it on me to come up soon probably :puke2:

Look, I am not interested in OneRepublic's cover of Budapest (and I'm pretty sure the 37 members on this forum are not either).
Or the Inbetweeners's cover of Steal My Girl, which is #43, for that matter.
Sigma are in this top 40 twice with Nobody To Love and Changing!

Strange how "Counting Stars" still sounds fresher than "Steal My Girl"
