Robbie Williams is rumoured to be dating a South African model nicknamed 'Slinky' Minki.

The 32-year-old heartthrob singer met Minki van der Westhuizen at a party in Cape Town - and friends say he is completely smitten with the 21-year-old beauty.

A source is quoted in Britain's Daily Star newspaper as saying: "Talk about instant chemistry. Robbie is a huge star and Minki is a very popular model in South Africa. They had a lot to talk about and got on like a house on fire."

The beauty recently split with from South Africa cricket captain Graeme Smith, 25, and is now looking for love again

Robbie - who is in the country to film the video for upcoming single 'Sin Sin Sin' and to play a series of concerts - now wants the model to show him the sight during his stay.

The source added: "Minki has offered to show him round the country. She is keen - and so is he."

Robbie Williams tickets selling fast

April 5, 2006

Gird your loins Robbie Williams fans, if you have one of those precious golden circle tickets for Monday night's concert and you are planning on being up close and really personal against the crash barrier of the pit, you'd better come up with a good excuse to take Monday off.

At the time of writing, sales of tickets stand at 39 844. Capacity is 40 000. Due to the huge interest in the concert and all those fans just dying to get to the front to see their idol, "holding areas" for those queueing early will be open outside the Absa Stadium from 10am on Monday

.

The areas will have toilet facilities and catering and arm bands will be issued to help those who get there early to claim their rightful position once they get in the stadium.

Gates open at 5pm. Support act Wire Daisies, from Cornwall, go on at 6.30pm followed by Freshly Ground at 7.45pm and the man himself will take it away at 9pm.

Williams has been rehearsing this week in Cape Town, while, reportedly partying with the likes of model Minki van der Westhuizen, at the Mount Nelson Hotel.

Robbie on a chat trick

Moving in ... Rob's spotted model Minki

YOU can tell from these pictures that ROBBIE WILLIAMS knows how to move in on a girl.

He wore a camouflage jacket to blend in with his leafy surroundings as he crept up to a stunning blonde.

But my snapper in the trendy Planet Bar in Cape Town, South Africa, wasn’t fooled by his disguise.

Robbie pulled his stealthy manoeuvre on local lingerie model Minki van der Westhuizen.

Show man ... Robbie jokes around

I’ve also shown you a snap of her doing her day job.

Watch out though, Robbie, I fear Minki may be fame hungry like your ex GERI HALLIWELL.

She is renowned in her home country for dating a string of eligible bachelors, including the country’s cricket captain GRAEME SMITH.

Judging by her flirty giggles, Rob bowled her over too. But was there any Minki business, I wonder?

OK....Minki van der Westhuizen is a real Dutch name :)

so....she must be good :P

Hope she's the one for him!

Robbie Williams concert organisers say no sale of ‘fake tickets’

DUBAI  The organisers of the Robbie Williams Concert scheduled on April 21 at the Nad Al Sheba Race Course, have denied the report published in a local daily yesterday saying that fake tickets for the ‘sold out’ show are circulating in the UAE.

A spokesman of Midas, the concert promoters, told Khaleej Times that there is no evidence so far regarding the forged tickets circulation and the report in the newspaper is baseless.

“I was surprised to see a report like this. I contacted the newspaper office and they failed to give any kind of proof for the circulation of forged tickets,†he said, stating there is no evidence to the newspaper claim.

He pointed out that this kind of propaganda only causes confusion and has nothing to do with the fact. “The arrangements for the show are continuing. We do not think there are any forged tickets circulating in the market. If we get any evidence, we will inform the authorities concerned in the UAE and necessary action will be taken,†he disclosed.

The official urged the fans of Robbie Williams who have already purchased the show tickets not to panic. “Nobody with the show tickets will be locked out. The fans of Robbie in Dubai will have a great day,†he assured.

Meanwhile, the Midas spokesperson confirmed that about 2,500 tickets of the Robbie William Concert will go on sale from today. The tickets belong to one of the sponsors of the show who has decided to put on sale his quota of tickets received by his company against the sponsorship for the event. The 2,500 tickets are part of the total 25,000 tickets printed for the show.

He pointed out that the sponsor’s decision to sell his quota of tickets to the general public is in the wake of a big demand from the fans of Robbie Williams who were unable to get any tickets that went on sale last month, and were a complete sellout within a few hours on the first day.

Rob will get a Telling off

EX-ENGLAND boss Terry Venables has warned Robbie Williams that playing for his Celebrity World Cup side won't be all fun and games.

El Tel will manage a team captained by the ex-Take That star in a match for ITV's Soccer Aid before this summer's real tournament.

But the footie legend says he'll be pushing his pampered players to the limit during training.

He laughed: "If Robbie does what he's told he can be captain!

"I'll be expecting the squad to enjoy themselves but also to work hard as well. I don't think you get to choose one or the other."

Terry's men will play a Rest Of The World team captained by TV chef Gordon Ramsay in the sold-out Old Trafford clash.

The Sun

Is is Sold Out? :o The last I read it wasn't selling very well.
I expected it to sell really well too but someone on TRWS a couple of nights ago said tix weren't selling very quickly.

As far as I know it isn't sold out. I had to ring them a couple of days ago and they were still selling seats in the North Stand.

Hopefully once it gets a bit more press the ticket sales will pick up!
