Could Robbie be secret guest?

Adam Moss

COULD it be that a certain Robbie Williams will finally be reunited with his old Take That team-mates at their much-anticipated sell-out show in town tonight?

There have, of course, been rumours flying around that Robbie would be a secret special guest on the tour.

But this new what-if has a distinctly more positive feel to it.

Band sources have already indicated that the Manchester shows will be something extra-special.

"It is very special for the boys to be playing Manchester. It's the city that gave us Take That - and it has been 10 years since they have performed here," a spokesman tells me.

And they've promised us all something different when they come back again, for their gig at the City Of Manchester Stadium on June 16 - Lulu!

Sugababes

The stadium show will be a highlight, because they have the Sugababes as star guests and Lulu is going to perform with them, when they do their version of their hit Relight My Fire, I am told.

But what about Robbie? Is he going to come back for good in Manchester?

A spokesman for LD Publicity, the band's PR company, gave us all the first real glimmer of hope.

"We cannot say yes, Robbie will be back, and we cannot say no, he won't. Neither camp (Robbie or Take That) can confirm or deny that he will be back for the gig in Manchester," the band spokesman tells me.

Ladies, there is hope...

Mmmmmm. Probably Not. <_<

well it would be a sensational wouldn't it. :)

:o :o :o :o :o

Hold the Front Page!!!!!!!! ;)

If true of course.....

not yet Jupiter, I have been checking the googles

You know I found out today that Take That have a 5th mike on stage all the time, left standing their empty just incase Robbie turns up. I suspect also it gives the audience a sentimental and atmospheric reason too. As they say "Thats showbiz" and TT do it very well.

I haven't seen anything on the Web or Ceefax to suggest he turned up. :(

I fear that the wee 5th mike remained unoccupied.

BLOBBY, sorry, ROBBIE WILLIAMS rolls up for some much-needed training.

The Port Vale fan wore a Newcastle strip as he trained for his Soccer Aid match later this month.

He must be trying to impress Geordie pals ANT and DEC, who will ref the ITV game.

Posh's Pre-World Cup Party and Auction

Victoria Beckham is hosting a huge auction at her pre-World Cup, "Full Length and Fabulous" party on May 21. She has managed to get together over £2 million of luxury items for the sale, the profits from which will all be donated to Unicef. The items up for sale include a £1million diamond necklace from Asprey, his-and-her diamond-encrusted watches from Jacob & Co., valued at £600,000, and a £300,000 limited edition Bentley.

The bash will be hosted at the Beckhams home, dubbed Beckingham Palace. James Brown and Robbie Williams are performing for the 400 A-list guests, while top chef Gordon Ramsey will be doing the cooking. The guest list includes Prince Charles, Elton John, Liz Hurley, Tom Cruise and, of course, the rest of the English World Cup football team

Robbie makes the front cover of YAM Magazine in Germany. (In guru style  )

Ain't got a clue what they are saying about him so if anyone can buy the Mag and translate that would be great! :P

Twinkle, I looked inside of it at the supermarket today.

Two double pages of fotos from the video and a tiny little bit of text. They said that Rob wasn't arrogant and even if he had his own bus at the set he stayed with the team and joked around. And Rob was quoted: "All the girls had boyfriends, but two of them didn't care..." Whatever that means.... :P ;) ;) ;)

The rest was just a description of the video....

Does that help? http://www.cheesebuerger.de/images/smilie/liebe/g086.gifhttp://www.cheesebuerger.de/images/smilie/engel/b015.gif

Robbie's Wembley Curse

Fans face venue change for London leg of Rob's Close Encounters tour

Robbie Williams is the latest star to be hit by the curse of Wembley stadium.

The pop star was set to play five dates at the new stadium in September, but building work has been so slow that he has been forced to move the gigs.

The shows will still take place on September 14, 15, 16, 18 and 19 because Wembley won't be ready until 2007.

Rob will now stage the London leg of his Close Encounters tour at the Milton Keynes Bowl.

Robbie had to tell fans they could get refunds on their tickets if they couldn’t make it all the way over to the new venue.

The doomed new Wembley stadium has let down several other stars who were scheduled to play there. It has been plagued by trouble since building work began in 2002.

And last week Rob's ex band Take That pulled out, taking their show to the Milton Keynes venue, and Bon Jovi also had to rearrange.

Old rockers the Rolling Stones were also put out, and have moved their gig to Twickenham.

The European leg of Robbie's tour, which kicked off in South Africa last month, comes to the UK on June 9 with a gig in Dublin.

Tickets are still valid for Robbie's September shows, and fans will recieve an email with details of the change of venue.

Oh I do hope so!!!!!

Or with a 2nd CD with B-Sides on it! :cheer:

I'd buy them all again.

Hope it's not just the exact same albums being re-issued  But what would be the point in Deleting them and then re-issuing the exact same versions a couple of years later?

I am hopeful!!!!! :) :) :)

Yes Jupiter, their would be no point in that so i am hopeful also. A second CD with b-side and maybe a making of dvd would make me very happy :cheer:
Bono don't leave us that way...dangling thinking about thinking..what are you finding interesting? :D or are you thinking along the same lines as me. :)
 I find the re-releasing the album interesting. It seem strange that they would delete them and now re releases them
